I think the Callaway Apex hybrid is the best hybrid available. Bar none.

I wanted to try apex yesterday rep did not have it. Hit and really liked the epic and ordered 3H. Website telling me $270(yikes Cally!) and shipping starts 16th of this month. Soooo...I thought I would save a bit and get the apex but the 3 shows 3-5 weeks BO. I did loft up a degree so I like the adjustment aspect....but dang...paid 80 for my a7 been playing it for years. I missed both ways with a7 but epic was high and straight...literally 10 balls did the same thing one after another. Recoil shaft was nice as well.

 

For those in AL RTJ is running a promo any Cally purchase pays double points for amount spent...so there is potential for some free golf too! Gotta' have a trail card....

Ive only played a few...the adams pro 20', the sldr 19', the callaway xr, and the callaway apex....personally, i loved the adams pro with that red aldila rogue shaft, but if it was a game that counted, i will play the sldr and i usually bring it diwn to 16.5 degrees or 17...huge bomber, soft landing when required....at its standard 19', you can land it from 215 out and expect it to stick....at 17, its more of a par 5 club or off the tee on a short par 4.

I played the original Adams Pro for ten years. I have an APEX and Titleist 816 H2 I'm trying now.

With the correct shaft, the Cally Apex has been really excellent for me. Love the sound and feel as well.

XXIO 9 hybrids are the longest and straightest hybrids I've ever hit. The XHot's and XR's were great but the XXIO sound great and the ball explodes off the face.

 

My XXIO woods and hybrids are the only clubs I haven't swapped out since mid season of last year. I get a lot of weird looks from my playing partners who never heard of them but after they see me hit them they all start asking questions.

Ping G25: 20 degree is a solid club. Carry the 17 degree sometimes as well, mainly for tight par 4's.

Callaway x Hot hybrids - very consistent and accurate

that's what I play and I really like them. I don't see changing them out for a long while.

How's the Titleist 915H?

 

Super solid clubs. I prefer the smaller profile of the Hd version but they both have great feel and easily adjustable. I play a 2 and 3 915 hybrid - the only Titleist in my bag. Hope the 816 or whatever follows is just as good because I'll play these till they wear out.

For me Nike covert 2.0 was solid as well as current Callaway alpha 815. I'm also going to try it in hzrdus 85 6.0 as love Project x Steel in my irons

Yes I came into this thread to post the Anser. Very wonderful hybrid! Out of the newer hybrids, the 816 with the Speeder shaft is a ripper. Can adjust it to be a bit flatter if required.

Yes! I'm a Ping ho and have a full set of G10 hybrids 15/18/21/24/28/32. I also

have Rapture V2 and G25 hybrids. The G10s are still solid performers.

I just switched my old TM rescue for a new hybrid.

The best ones I tried where Ping G (best from the deck) and Titleist 816 h1(deeper face, best from the tee and longer).

Finally I tried titleits just because you can andjust lie and most hybrids tend to feel slightly upright to me.
