Nice! I cannot decide on the finish for my Latrobe. I like all 3 finishes but I'm only buying one:)

I'm building my second as we speak. Couldn't help myself.

Certainly need shipping options outside of the USA. In my case, Canada, have lost a sale thus far, sure many other Countries in the same position.

Could always work it out for a fellow WRXer to ship it to you. Obviously, tons of trust right there but its an option.

Ok, just visited the new sight. Yes, they have a garage site, but it's not as I had hoped. I could not find how to add extra wraps on the grip or leave notes. Other than the Latrobe option (going to order one) there are a number of places to get a custom putter and more options which in my book are a better value. I hope the site only gets better. It's a good start Sean, but when I ordered my first custom from Toulon I got to talk with the owner (you) and got all my custom work done in person.

In all fairness they were a small startup then. You don't talk to Scotty when you order a Cameron or to Mr Solheim with Ping. Lamont and others you will but with Lamont got instance he's a one man band also. Based on some of these comments they should just close the garage. It's the first day and likely customers are asking for things that were not previously considered. Is it perfect? No. But rather than bitching on wrx perhaps constructive comments on their site would be of more value.

Geez, I'm sounding old but I had to get that off my chest.

Anyone order an Austin with a sightdot?

Though much is taken much abides;
We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are;
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.
- Lord Tennyson

I agree with most on some of the lack of options and the site is extremely lagged for me. I realize It's new but was under the impression it was going to be perfect thus the lengthy open date. What I can't get over is some of the up-charging. I understand charging $10-20 extra for a diff color grip and charging more for finishes and stamping and maybe the custom paintfill but the fact they are up-charging for diff necks especially when there is no way to specify what kind of offset you want etc... (personally I want a long H2 plumbers neck with 1/2 shaft of offset not a full shaft) is quite ridiculous. But the worst is they are charging extra if you want a heavier sole plate and that is just absurd. After everything else you are paying for you have to pay more if you like a heavier putter? I love what they are trying to do and I was ready to order today but now I'm not sure what I'm going to do.

All information on each head is on the Toulon portion of Odyssey.com just go to the 2017 collection and when "SHOP PUTTERS" appears at the top, you can go there and choose any putter, then in the left column, under VIEW COMPLETE SPECS you can see all the information on that putter head.

Site looks great although some parts lagging. No doubt the heavy 3D anim is slowing things down a bit. Look forward to seeing how it evolves especially with face milling options.

Cool site, but I'm disappointed there's no flow neck/slant neck option for the mallets. Neck options seem fairly limited on most head shapes. Hopefully they expand the options in the future. Flow neck Memphis would be ideal. Flow neck Indy could be interesting.

I love what Toulon is trying to do here, but did they not read through the threads on here about what all we wanted? We just wanted to be able to get any neck they have on any putter they have. If I wanted a double bend Madison and Flow neck Memphis I thought I would be able to order it. For me I REALLY wanted to get a Columbus with and short slant neck, but the long L neck is the only option? Wth? Why would I pay extra when you can get the regular Columbus, chance the paint fill myself and buy one of the $25 weight kits. It's just kind of silly to me. Why promise something then under deliver? While the website is lagging, I really like the layout and the 3D animation to it. I just am dissapointed in the lack of true customizablility.

Who the hell wants a dell? That would be like complaining that Top Flite doesn't make a putter to your exact specs. But in all seriousness if something is marketed as custom made with different neck options then you should probably actually have different neck options for every putter.

i'll admit, upon first impression the site was lacking but i'm going with the impression of many here that it's a process and initial roll out. I'd like to think that many orders were placed yesterday but in reality how many people are going to drop +$700 on a putter? I'm sure there are alot of people here complaining about something lacking or "if only they offered..." when in reality they were never going to order a putter anyways. I'm excited about the possibility of being able to order my next dream putter but for now i'll have to wait and be content with my retail madison that I am loving.

Thanks for the comment - and i really appreciate your viewpoint.

First, it will get better and we will add options as we go. We are going to be in full listening mode - and while we cant do everything everyone asks for we should be able to do a lot of it - and some in fairly short order.

Randy and his team in Texas are monitoring the comments as is the team in Carlsbad - including me, Tony and Joe, Austie and Luke. We are committed to making this world class and I love what we have so far. We will improve from here.

As for the last part of your post - I can tell you that is something that we talk about all of the time. We are growing - we are committed to providing best in class products and a best in class level of service. We - that means all of Odyssey - want to be your putter company. Since we became a part of this great brand 10 months ago our audience has obviously grown.

We are working on being as accessible as we can possibly be - and hopefully, as close to where we were last year. I'm not yet sure exactly how we can accomplish it but it is something that is important to all of us.

Thanks again for your thoughts and for your support from the very beginning.

Best,

Sean

This is what it's all about right here! Love seeing OEM's take our input and put this into their products! Appreciate everything you are doing for us in this community! I will definitely be purchasing one of these putters as soon as I can get a Columbus with a slant neck! Look forward to what you all put out in the future.
