Who'd You Rather Be Right Now - Tiger or Jordan

Who would you rather be right now:

 

Tiger: 14 Major wins, 79 PGA Tour wins, $750 million in the bank after a public divorce, the past is the past - not so good future in terms of overall health to compete

Jordan: 3 Major wins, 11 PGA Tour wins, $30 million in the bank, steady girlfriend, whole world in front of him

 

The last point states it all... but nothing is guaranteed for Jordan at this point, whereas for Eldrick, the writing's on the wall. But would you take a guaranteed legacy with all those wins vs. a potential career being stellar?

Tiger's legacy is tainted by all the off course stuff. I have lost most of the respect I had for him. I don't think I will lose respect for Spieth for the same reasons. Heck, a case could be made that I would rather take Matt Kucher's career over 99% of the tour. Here is a guy who is happy, well off and a family man. But he does wear Sketchers...

Spieth is just about 16 years younger than Woods. When money becomes the object in sports it becomes just a job. For great players in sports like golf and tennis it's about the chase to greatness and not money. I think when you are playing for yourself the mentality is different than when you are playing for a team. Tiger is done with the chase now and Spieth is just beginning the hunt. I'd rather be Spieth.
