he clearly said 'get the ball for me' or something to that effect ... he also explained this was because he wanted to start walking to the next tee since they were told to pick it up ...

jordan wins a tournament and the stupid threads come out like flies ...

Ah...that was nothing compared to the "sack smack" in the scoring tent....lol.

now that, i would've been po'd about ...

The footage I watched led me to believe he was upset. 'Tis all I said. Sorry to have *****ed so many hackles. Maybe if I'd suggested Langer or Rahm was a cheat it'd be ok. Think I will stick to bantering elsewhere with the fellow club ho's ;)

So now you're trying to play off your misguided viewpoint as somehow our fault for disagreeing?

Yup....now he is the 'victim'.

No one should be surprised at Mr. Spieths hostile, violent and arrogant behavior to his "friend" Michael Greller. The video below shows a PATTERN of this type of behavior.

Clearly, success brings out the worst in Mr. Spieth. As we can see below, upon winning the travelers tournament just a few weeks ago, he once again directs his arrogant rage at Mr Greller. First, it's obvious, after making the winning shot, he attempts to injure (kill?) Mr Greller by throwing his Wedge (blunt instrument) at him. Fortunately for the caddy, Mr. Spieth lacked accuracy all day, and the throw came up woefully short of it's intended target.

Then, when realizing his violent throw of the club was unsuccessful in injuring (killing?) Mr Greller. He physically attacked him. first by racing towards him with as much speed as he could gain, leaping at Mr. Greller, attempting to first stun the caddy with a shoulder charge/forearm shiver with his right arm, and intending to follow up this assault, with the five finger death punch with his left hand. It can clearly be seen in the video that Only the height of the caddy thwarted Mr. Spieth's death blow.

I know, you Spieth devotees will say that was something called a "chest bump" and will say it occurs as a celebration in competitive sports all over the globe, But I just don't buy it.

P.S For some reason, I am having trouble embedding this video. I think we can all agree that Mr. Spieth likely has a family member at youtube preventing that. I mean i guess that will be called "coincidence" by you Spieth worshippers. I DO NOT buy it

Well in truth it works both ways. When Spieth starts getting all whiny and down on himself he gets this from Greller

I'm going against the grain here and suggest that it may not of been the best thing to say to Grellar. Do I get why he said it? Yeah I think so. Would I say or act similar given the situation? Yeah probably would actually. Is it good to see some energy at a golf tournament from players? Yeah.

The thread is acknowledging what occurred may of been indifferent. Does it change anything or should anyone lose sleep?... ah no, definitely not.

We all have different views and opinions. Nothing wrong with that for the most part.

Love the internet and Golfwrx!

I have read the tales of re runs of old opens and the like and I am finding it strange if I'm honest. When watching it on TV I first got the impression Speith was trying to get a heckler removed due to his seemingly agitated and aggressive manner and the pouting and gesticulating.

I will bet the caddie was well p****d off at this order and it's manner (even though they say not) and Spieth came over as an arrogant spoilt brat in the way he behaved.

Old golf footage my backside - extreme ego on display.

That my be an example of why some can't quite take to him ?

I guess you missed the video angle that shows the caddie laughing when he told him to get his ball.

The first problem with your whole premise is that you don't take Jordan's word for it. You are passively calling him a liar. Then you say "you bet the caddie was pissed off" when in fact he couldn't have been happier with the outcome.

This is how fake news gets started.

These guys aren't even Stephan A level hot takers.

They're more like random ESPN blogger we drug onto the show Friday morning because everyone else was on vacation level of hot takery.

What debate? Was hashed to death last Sunday. These Spieth "whatever I can think of to troll" threads are silly. You don't like him there are 100 threads to b**** about him.
