My guess? They will only be released through the M&G and/or the gallery in Tokyo.

They will be on yahoo auction in no time.....500pcs is actually a lot more than one would think, anything 1/500 putter wise is around.

not necessarily M&G exclusive but it's a Japan release. kind of like US releases, you need to hit up your local Titleist rep. I don't think the US reps will have any pull on this one though unless one pops up at the SC Gallery in California.

I glance at the special releases from time to time but I really want this one! Any idea on what you pay for secondary market for this type? Is it circle t pricing or somewhere between that an retail? Thanks!

I found a M2 500 release and said 2016, but hd 500 on face and grey insert, so not blue like you posted, but otherwise looked the same???

 

I don't know about new Cameron's so much, either way $700-$999 range in Japan, so that plus everything to get it here. New is $999, used in 9.5 condition was $700

That's the Cameron & Crown line, the 33 inch, heavier headed line. These are the same head and insert, just a different color, but the neck isn't a bend neck. It's a nuckle neck, essentially a very lightweight plumbers neck made of a steel shaft rather than a fully milled neck.

Talked to my pro who emailed his Titleist rep, here was his response:

 

"Unfortunately not through me or the US market. That putter is only being sold through accounts in Japan so he will have to scour the after market outlets like e-bay and other places where collectors will sell those or contact a retailer in Japan."

I love the blue look! Do we know release dates or approximate times to be checking ebay? I would assume there will be some available shortly after they go on sale in Japan.

They're popping up on ebay for 1000-1250. I'm slightly disappointed by this as was thinking if I could get one for around 800, I'd make the purchase.

eBay for a grand is good. I thought of this thread as I was looking at putters on Japanese auctions and saw one.....they are a grand over there, or almost a grand, with the exchange.....so looks like that is what they are.

Oh yeah, for what it is worth, the headcover is pretty dope IMO. Blue and silver and says exclusive design with Japan over a rising sun red circle.
