I have no golf specific plans for the end of the year. I plan on being silly at the 7's. That's it. Got an half-ammo box full of e6's in my locker ready for action.

 

I have started tracking off-season workouts though. Going to focus on yoga and see where that takes me. Hopefully this will be the first winter since 2014-15 that I will be healthy and can keep the swing somewhat maintained. Got new cycling shoes and 9 months after surgery I think the knee can handle spin classes now.

I cant afford the Peloton bike itself but I've really gotten great use out of the app - $12.99 a month for unlimited classes. I'm trying to get more into some longer classes where they incorporate a little bit of arm work too but those 30-45 minute classes are brutal for me right now.

I would be amazed (but not totally) if some other court case decided to start on Friday afternoon so hopefully I'm free.

 

Juror 8013 is bangin'.

 

One time I had 2 beers at lunch on jury duty and had to pee twice during afternoon voir dire. They don't want you going out in public so I used the judges chambers that day.

 

Today there was a small room right off the court room.

A buddy of mine from NJ is gonna be in the area this weekend, so we're planning on getting a round in. He's staying at a hotel near Dulles International Airport, and won't have a car so I'll have to pick him up - so I'm looking for a relatively inexpensive course nearby on Sunday morning. I see times open at Algonkian Golf Course and Herndon Centennial...are there any other courses I should check out/are these any good for a pretty casual round? We're just trying to get 18 in, and price is a bit more important than quality. I've hardly ever played in that area so I'm not sure which courses are decent and which aren't. Any advice?
