swing x swing app....anyone else?

Used the Swing x Swing App today, the full version ($16/yr) and I'm liking it very very much. Has anyone one used this app in its full potential? Or, have milage with it?

Curious about this as well. Currently 3 degrees and snowing outside and wont be able to use of for a few weeks. I downloaded the free app and I am curious how well it will work with my Apple watch.

I downloaded it, it doesn’t ask you to register or subscribe or anything. There is an app that came up on my Apple Watch. I’m going to Myrtle beach in Feb. I will let you know

I used it for a bit, but now use a range finder. Pin positions are different so getting a precise yardage helps me feel more confident in my swing. Plus the app drained my battery like crazy.

I've used it twice or for 2 rounds. I had to bring an external battery the second time out, the GPS drains the battery. But, I did some research and did several things to my Iphone to help conserve battery. A lot of apps were running in the background so a turned off most of them, turning bluetooth, wifi searching, my 4 emails were "uploading" every 15 mins., etc....All this can be found online, just google it.

 

With that said, I did buy this for about $99.00

Both do a good job and I'll be using them both.

Tried the Swing app today at Cypresswood Tradition. I thought it was great. Acquired distances faster than my Garmin G10. Started the round with 98% battery and ended at 85% (Galaxy Note 9).

I'm still using this app. With iphone X, battery life is great. Likewise, a lot of the golf carts nowadays have a port for charging your devices.
