LOL.. more like BLOOD crazy! Yeah, I'll post more after I play more w/ them but after 1 round and 2 range sessions I can already tell the HD6>Diamana WB for me.. and the F7M2 is just a monster. It's surprisingly easy to hit.. even at XX its really smooth, it's a great shaft!

So I got a chance to hit a few balls with Pure's new stix today and they are nice. They feel very solid and look even better! If I didn't have a set of VRs coming, I'd be looking for a set of these. The finish is sick and the look from address is awesome. The square toe reminds me of the old lehman box toes and you all know how swee those stix were. :D

 

Oh and that Betty is sick as well. Amazingly soft, yet solid feel to it. Though it has the same looking FIT face, it feels so much better than my BC1.

 

I definitely have bag envy... :wub:

Wow, I had to come check your bag out, total player set there. You know I like that putter, but man the irons and woods are very sweet too. I wish I had the game for those blades, if I ever feel like launching beaver pelts down the fairway and hitting hosel rockets, those would be the irons I would choose.

And.. no they are not that much better than the VR's. But they are more forgiving and are longer overall. The VR's are softer, but the Adams overall are better clubs for me (comparing the TC's in both sets) TC's make the VR's buttery smooth and soft.. the Adams w/ TC's feel better than VR's w/ Project X. I do like the square toes and the larger heads also. But.. they are better, just not by much at all.

Good answer but I just have a hard time believing anything Will knock my VRs out this year! I know it sounds crazy but I LOVE my irons (I've since purchased the complete set with blades but still play the 3-4 splits).

 

All this mizuno talk is nonsense. They do NOT feel as good as the VRs. Mizuno reminds me of the days when it was Super Nintendo vs. Sega Genesis!! The fan boys were crazy! (I was on team Nintendo back then)

LOL.. the OLD mizunos (MP14-MP29's) can give the VR's a run for their money.. but not the newer Mizunos, no way. The VR's are damn soft! I'd give the Adams MB's a spin, I'm willing to bet you like them. Theyre bigger than the VR blades in the long irons and about the same in the short irons.. you'll find it to be a nice tweener setup..

Well.. first round out w/ it I couldn't miss! Lots of saves and birdies and ended up w/ a 73.. second round w/ it was terrible a 79 and two 3 putts.. yesterday.. even worse, an 80 w/ two 3 putts.. needless to say the rest of my game wasnt helping any either.. I got the CS from a member on Puttertalk.com.. if this putter has 1 or 2 more rounds like that.. BB8 is going back in! :black eye:

Can you comment on the performance of you Matrix HD shaft? I saw on another thread that if you didnt have the HD, the Kai'li would be in your bag. Do you know how the Kai'li and the Matrix HD compares?

I've yet to get my hands on an Kai'li X, but from my understanding is that it has a higher launch with low (whiteboard) spin.. My HD6 is mid launching and really low spin.. I am really happy with the Matrix line.. I have them in my fairway and hybrid as well.. I'm not sure but they seem more stable for my swing than the Diamana's did. I think the Kai'li tipped or the Fubuki tipped could produce similarly impressive results as my HD6 does. GL!
