I love you PING, but I hate your guts for delaying the release of this unnamed beauty.

This would have to be more forgiving than the i200 to make sense. For example, if you are an iBlade/s55 player and wanted more forgiveness in your long irons, wouldn't you just go with the i200 in your long irons? Maybe it is G400 forgiveness with less offset.

Please release these! The G700’s were really disappointing looking. Who wants that much offset?

Who? Most golfers. Offset helps elevate the ball and lessens the tendency to slice.

Most golfers fight a slice and don’t hit the ball high enough, especially in the long irons.

Offset is a very good design element for most golfers.

It looks like G400 forgiveness/headsize with less offset, perhaps altered COG too.

It’s the same size as the iblade/s55 in the bags next to it. Definitely not g400 size.

This mystery club is what I thought the G700's were going to be until I saw more detailed pictures. These look to compete directly with the 790's and TMB's. Very exciting stuff with how popular the 790's have been. PING should cash in on this demand while it's still hot coming into the 2018 season!

Unless this would be a completely new model, I believe the next PING line scheduled to be updated would be the i200. If this is a prototype for that line (i200), I wouldn't expect it until the Aug/Sept/Oct time frame.

Put me down for something a little crazier. This is going to be something like the i500. It's going to only be in a 2/3/4/5, and it's intention is to compliment both the iBlade and i200 line.

I know this is going to sound like heresy here, but I'm going to wager they update the iBlade with some minor tweaks, but that they don't touch the i200 for another cycle. I could see something more like an iBlade Black/8620, and i500 narrow hollow hi-ball irons.

It's really just the combo set explicitly made into a margin opportunity. My 2c.

14 Pings. Blueprints are incredibly good. Fetch is the most underrated putter on the market. Don't @ me.

Your thoughts on what this photographed club is may very well be correct, but I have a very strong feeling the i200 is getting an update later this year.

I could see Ping offering a product to make combo sets more seamless since they are so common. That would be great.

I’d like to see a beveled leading edge on the iBlade as one of those tweaks. Have had that on a few iron sets, most recently the Nike Vapor Pro Combos, and like it a lot. Love the overall look of the iBlade

Please release these! . Who wants that much offset?

Golfers with slow swing speeds who need help getting the ball in the air. You know, like half of the golfers in the world. :)

I think its just the „i“ Series Version of the Crossover.

Crossover even have their own HP-segment so it would be logic.

Just for those who like the g400 Crossover but dont like the size/looks
