There are 14 clubs in the bag without a fairway wood, however in the third or fourth pic, it looks like there could way a fairway wood laying on the ground. Maybe undecided on bag set up this week? His Wedges also jump from 46 to 54. Interesting

I like it because it's a bag full of Titleist gear but definitely a little out of the ordinary. When he has four wedges in there, seeing a jump of 8 degrees seems extreme. Hoping that he has a good first proper season on Tour.

I hope he does well this year. I think the way he has managed his career is very smart. Went to Europe and played and traveled...I'm sure it was a huge benefit in the long run. Maybe I'm wrong but I think that is a much better route than the Web.com.

Interesting. I didn’t know that. It doesn’t surprise me though. Some of the best shots I have seen were with him at Karsten Creek nailing a 712u 2 iron at the time around the course. Seriously the best ball flight I have seen. Low, rising cuts that landed soft.

Watched his range session start to finish in Scottsdale on Friday and can confirm the following:

 

1) No fairway wood in the bag...just 2 iron. I'd read that a while back so knew to look for it.

 

2) He put on a stripe show. Hits a stupidly good power fade with every club in the bag. It's a sight to behold. He was doing some plane work and hitting lots of balls with a glove under his right armpit, and didn't look overly pleased with how he was hitting it. But it was crazy good.

46 deg has a 7.0 flex

62 deg has a 6.5 flex
