It kinda makes me sad that there are so many people that do it to try to make $. They just don't realize that they only end up making a few dollars. I think they forget about tax, fees and shipping.

We should talk to Nike about buying all their old inventory instead of selling it to BCF/Ross. I still can't fathom what they sell a pair of shoes to them for, especially if they put them on the shelves for $20-30.

I don’t think they they come direct from Nike. Everything I returned to Nike from online purchases, never goes to them, it goes to a company called blue bell. I think they manage their returns and sell them to Bcf/Ross buyers. Even items with tags and new in box shoes.

Honestly, I think Nike sells these to many outlets. IMO there was no coincidence that budget golf and rock bottom were selling many of the same shoes last year.

Why is it that every time I search for something I find something else? I scoured their website top to bottom Sunday. Spent a couple hours. Not a single pair of golf shoes of any size. I still ended up with 12 pairs of shoes and a spiffy Paw Patrol hat. Good deals all, and spring running shoes and dress shoes were bought for everyone with 4x on the dress shoes for me. But still. I'd feel much better spending that 300 on 10-15 pairs of golf shoes.

Worse yet my cookies show me ads for stupid women's shoe ads and as I type this below, I don't even know what is being advertised. Leggings? Bell bottoms? Bras? All I know is there's a bunch of tiny half naked women hawking fashion crap. I think. Probably time to clear cookies and browser history.

In store is where the finds are at. Going online won't be as fruitful :)

It was super bowl Sunday. I was in no condition to drive to the local store that I've never had cause to set foot in. Online was all I had.

I was surprised when I found Asics Gels for 20-30 each. Throw in some decent dress shoes and I had to pull the trigger. Marshall and Chase on a cap for the little guy? Icing.

I get it but why not throw some out online? If you have inventory to clear, clear it. Putting them online should clear it pretty darn quick. I limit my store shopping to food and golf stuff. I'm not going to walk in cold to a store that I'd hate if it doesn't have golf stuff or food. This isn't a store that has anything else redeeming for me. I buy shoes, sure. Everyone does. 70's era hippies excluded. I'd rather sit at home and buy. I don't like shopping, I like buying. I don't want to look through a rack of crap to find what I want. I want to find what I want, select it in my size, then buy it. Different strokes but unless I get some alert stating exactly what I need from them is there and there only, I'm going to stick with my 100% lifetime record of not going in there. Coat Factory? Why in the heck would I want to go in there? I don't wear coats and Burlington isn't where I live. It doesn't even look like a factory when I drive by it.

Curiosity got the best of me today, and I ended up at my local BCF. All they had was this in a size 10:

Too small for me, so I left them.

Picked up a pair in Scottsdale.

Are they still 19.99 like previous years?

Yes. But they were stamped "irregular" and all the other 4 pairs I saw had a blue ink stamp inside the heel with a circle capital B denoting a "B" grade product.

Picked up a pair in Scottsdale.

Are they men’s?

Yes men's.

Sharkie I looked at the Mesa bcf and they didn’t have anything there yet, are you still in AZ? Did they have 11.5?

Back in SoCal now. I went road trippin Texas, New Mexico, AZ and back home. The BCF I went to was off Pima? I believe near the Indian casino. I don't recall seeing any other size there, those were the only golf shoes there.

I misspoke earlier about these shoes. I found these tonight in Murrieta BCF, not Temecula. I took the 10s and left a pair of 9s.

Are they the same price as last year?

Nope. BCF got smart. $59.99.

It seems to be a crap shoot at the moment. Ive seen Lunar Vapors, Explorer Ctrl, Attacks all for 20. Black Premiers were 50, and Zoom90 were 60
