Who Can Explain Artisan Golf To Me?

Read a little about the company and saw that TW and Reed are using their irons. Looked them up and there isn’t a website per se but their FB and Instagram page are amazing. Putters and wedges both look great, but doesn’t look like there is a way to purchase. What’s the deal with them? Are they only going to make Tour equipment? Are they taking it slow to market to test the waters? Just curious, cause I’m definitely interested in what they have coming. GREAT looking stuff!

Guys who used to work at Nike Oven who used to hand make a bunch of tour pros irons, wedges and putters. They started this venture after Nike golf closed up shop.

Putters start at $875

 

The experience that comes with an Artisan putter is what makes it worth the price, but its up to you to decide whether or not its worth it of course.

 

You should reach out, take a look at their buying guide, and then decide if you want to move forward. You get your own player number with artisan so your specs are always on file which is cool touch. Your not just a customer but a "Player" so if you like or dislike something its easy to reference it and either order it again or make changes.

 

For $875 you get to tweak and customize all performance aspects such as Hosel type, loft, one of three face milling depths, weight, etc. You get a basic stamping included and price goes up when you start adding extra stamping and fun colors.

From my understanding, you can currently order a putter from them, if you order a putter you are given a Player Number and those numbers make you eligible to purchase wedges and irons when they are available later this year. I am sure there will be a way to purchase wedges and irons for people who don't purchase a putter, but i think the prior customers are getting first priority.

I think it's kind of like this. I bought the loaf of bread on the left earlier this week. It was 88 cents. My wife saw it and came home the next day with the "Artisan" loaf of bread. It was $4.08.
