Did a fitting for a driver last week.

I hit them all. Cobra F8, M3/M4, PingG400 etc. But the driver that suited me best was Callaway Rogue. And today it arrived and I went to the store to get it. Can’t wait until the snow disappears in a few months. :-)

New Triton driver on clearance price at GT, to upgrade finally from my r580 with 35-r flex shaft lol, figured this would be an upgrade that yields decent results. Also picked up a Cobra baffler t-rail 3 wood off kijiji in great shape for 50 bucks, and I'm likely going to end up back at GT to grab a Cleveland RTX 60 degree wedge to upgrade from the power bilt lob I'm using now.

 

What was the price on the Triton? Online they're asking $220 + tax, around here it's still $250 + tax

Since November Callaway mb18 7-pw, to replace Mizuno mp-h4 Taylormade milled grind wedges 54,58 to replace Cleveland tour action wedges, Piretti blade putter. The Cleveland 58 will be a fight as for some strange reason I just hit this club well.

Maybe I'll replace my 6 year old irons, or 4 year old driver. Doubtful.

IIRC, my first purchase of the year was an Adams Fast 12 LS driver that looks almost new and was only $40. I figured "what the hell?" For $40, it's worth a shot. Since then, I've bought a new Callaway X2 Hot 3 deep, a set of taper tip C-Taper pulls, and a dozen parallel tip C-tapers from RBG. The ho in me wants to buy some new shafts to try in fairway woods, but I should probably try the ones I already have first.

Rogue 3 wood with Even Flow Blue 75 from Discount Dan's.

 

Hit both the SZ and the standard and liked the feel of the standard better although the ball speed numbers were higher with the SZ. Don't necessarily want a 5 yard difference between my driver and 3 wood.
