OP, I have found that my G400 lst is the most forgiving driver in the heel I’ve ever played, much better than the M2 I played before. Still lose slight distance, but most times in the center of the FW. Maybe if you asked about lessons, people would give you driver recommendations...lol

If you look at the cg location chart on the other site/Google it, you can see which which drivers have a heel side cg. You should also try to align your impact high/low with the cg, too.

On a side note, it always cracks me up when people ask for equipment help and people always tell them to fix their swing.

Cracks me up when people have swing flaws and get riddled with an abundance of different equipment recommendations to put a band aid on an obvious swing problem.

Follow the advice and buy 34 different drivers based on these suggestions and... Well done, you still have a piss poor drive!

“I take full swings with my putter and don’t ever seem to hole a single damn putt! They all roll out 150-200 yards off the green. What putter should I get to tame my ungodly putting power?”

dont you think ive tried to fix my swing????

I miss on the heel I can't hit the middle Subaru Sorry. I'm not as good as you.

I was looking for suggestions for a forgiving driver for heel hits just like there are a million threads on more forgiving irons. I was just being more specific

I don't think there is a driver available that will compensate for hitting on the heel given your description of the resulting shots. There may be equipment changes you can make that will result in hitting it in the center, but thats more of a fitting thing than compensating for heel shots. Usually heel weighted driver heads are really draw bias for center hits rather than compensation for heel shots. There is no future in hitting on the heel. How would you describe it if you were having the same problem with your irons?

Sound advice is sound advice at any skill level.

But if you want to keep buying drivers to fix a swing flaw, who am I to suggest anything different.

You are doing something wrong and with that attitude/ work ethic it's never going to happen. There is simply no reason you can't fix heel striking except following bad advice, not trying or having the coordination of a new born.

Stop making excuses and wasting your money. For a fraction of the cost of a driver you can find a coach, do what he says and fix the issue. There is just simply no excuse with the head size we have today that you can't get shots away from the heel.

Agree. I can understand maybe heel strikes with baby blades, but with todays 9 sq in driver faces, how do you miss 2" to the inside of the center? I would recommend dialing back your swing to the point where you can make center contact consistently.

Look man, of course having a good swing will always be the primary goal and consideration. The reality remains that even professionals have misses and it behooves you to have a club that offers forgiveness in the area you tend to miss.

Then just use 3 wood from the tee until you learn to hit a driver correctly.

Or enjoy a slice, or slightly reduced slice courtesy of your twist faced driver. Either way, it’s likely you’re playing your second from somewhere other than the fairway.

man you are a tool. I don't have time to practice that much and have a hard time finding time to go to range let along find a teaching pro...

It was a simple question on an equipment forum give it up.

Exactly how much practice does it take?

Its a silly question not a simple one. You aren't trying to tweak something, you have a major flaw that is easily fixed but like so many other golfers you decide to wallow in mediocrity by thinking "if I just change my equipment" which is easily avoided by taking five minutes and searching how to fix it.

It also appears we are up to fibbing now when it comes to defending our journey to mediocrity. Who said "My miss on the driver is on the heel. Every time. Im taking lessons trying to improve but it's not improving." and then followed it with " I don't have time to practice that much and have a hard time finding time to go to range let along find a teaching pro..."

Which is it? If you want to get a new driver there's no reasons to go to these lengths to justify it. Simply go buy it and continue smacking it on the heel. I am curious though how you manage to hit tiny little irons if your miss is that bad with the driver.

You may not like the answers you are getting or the tone but believe it or not people are trying to help you.

PS. Choke up an inch and see what happens to your strike location. If it gets better then problem solved. If not and you dont have the same issue with every club then its your swing.

Fix the problem and you’ll be able to hit any driver you want.

Buy a new driver and you still suck at hitting driver.

You choose...

It's that simple.

I'd have to agree, it's a poor fix for what appears to be a swing flaw. Maybe invest in some lessons from a professional. When you can hit your driver the way you would like to hit it you will have the feeling of accomplishment to enjoy.
