Gamers 680mb

712mbs

R9 b stamps

Cobra s3 pro

Mp33's

Mp 68's

Honma pp117

Titleist 962'bs

I always likes those 962’bs but never played them. They looked like a nice compact semi-cavity iron. How do they feel and play compared to say the blades, the 33’s or 680’s? Wouldn’t mind picking up a set off eBay to reshaft, etc.

IMO there is no comparison in feel the 33s and 680s feel much creamier when flushed. 33s are as good as it gets but I havent played 57 baby blades. 962b look awesome thin top line just a little harsher off the face very playable to this day. I love the sole grind. I would play them if I could get them bent to my specs. 46pw 4 degree increments and 3flat but being cast thats tough. If you dont mind weaker lofts they are a great iron.

3

MP18 MMC/MP5 combo - the main set. Stays in the car, goes on all trips and generally is used the most

PXG 0311T - the weekend home set. Sometimes swaps out with the main set, just for a change every now and then

Nike Vapor Pro - the one that I know I don't need, but can't let go! Did the MM Proto treatment by hand on these, and don't think I can part with them...

I have 2 sets.

Titleist 716 CB (gamers)

Ping G30 - For guests, backup, airline set.

Like to have 2 sets, one set i play and Another (the old set) to borrow to friends or use when travel. If they broke its not a big deal, they are my old gamers so..

Once I buy new irons the 716 will be my second set and the Ping can be sold cheap. Its nice to Always have a spare set besides from the gamers.

I’ve committed to one iron set and that’s the 900T. I practice more than I play nowadays.

In the past, I experimented jumping back and forth between the MP60 and Srixon 565 but I’m a Mizuno Player lol.

After swing changes and a proper dynamic fitting; one iron set enables me to hit every shot I desire.

Holy hell, i almost forgot the mpst important ones.

2 sets of cleveland 588 forged. One cb, one mb....one i game, the other i look at longingly, share straws with, slow dance with, spend long hours talking about nothing, but just living in that moment with...my angels, my alls, my other selves...yeah, i have a problem...im in love

I have the same thing going on with 714 ap2s. Ive had 4 different sets of shafts in them. Finally decided to use them when my elbow issues start so put kbs r+ in them, after nippons, px, more nippons, s300....best fit yet waa project x 5.5 for me. Pretty sure im gonna go back to that

I'm still goofing around with them. I started with DG-s300 then c-taper's. I currently have a Tour Monaco's which I like -but not sure I love them.

Eleven sets:

Mizuno MP-18s (4-PW) (PX6.0)

Mizuno MS11 (3i-PW) (Brunswick FM 5.5)

Mac MT Tour Forged (3-PW) (reshafted with DGX100)

Mac Muirfields (1i-SW) (Dynamic S300?)

Mac Muirfield 20ths (3-PW) (DG S300? Or Dynamic S300?)

Mac MT Tourney R58 (3i-SW) (Brunswick FM 6.5)

Mac VIP (reissue) 2i-SW (3i-9i reshafted with PX6.0; don't play the PW or SW because there's a ton of offset. Thinking about getting the 2i reshafted with a PX6.0)

Honma PP737 3i-11i (the Spinal Tap set) (DGS200)

Ram Tour Grinds 3-PW (Dynamic S)

Ram Pro Tour Camber Sole (3i-SW) (3-PW reshafted with PXi6.0, SW with DGS400)

Dunlop Tad Moore Maxfli Australia Blades 3i-PW (DGS300)

Also some Masda heads lying about that I want to get rid of.

I think my favourites are the Australian Blades, but I like all the Macs, especially the MT Tour Forged and Muirfield 20ths. The Mizunos are both solid sets. The Ram Tour Grinds I only recently got, and they are growing on me. I actually prefer the look of the camber soles at address, but I don't like the shaft (PXi6.0). I'd like to try something different in them, maybe DGX100 to kind of match the sandwedge.

The Honmas are cast, and feel a bit different. They set up nicely, though, and are always fun to play.
