This is a very good deal on a very decent ball. I played these years ago and always played well with them. So far I have been able to resist these as the last thing on this planet I need to buy is golf balls. However, if I was needing any at all I would be getting these at this price.

Callaway Mavrik Max 10.5°
Callaway XR 16 3 wood
Callaway Mavrik Max 3 thru 5 hybrids
Srixon z565 6 thru PW
48°, 52° & 58° Cleveland CBX wedges
Ping Sigma 2 Kushin C flat stick

All subject to change in the blink of an eye.........and I blink a lot.

I got my first opportunity to play the D2 Feel today. Wow! I was really surprised at how nice these felt coming off my iE1 irons. Honestly, I have not played a ball with better feel than these. It might have been my contact today, but I was a little less impressed with the feel off my driver, but still very acceptable. Hey, at $20 for 3 boxes of 15, this is my ball for at least the time being. Also, distance off my irons was equal if not better than the Titliest NXT I was also hitting for comparison.

I picked some of these up to use as winter balls after Thanksgiving.... We went to Disney a couple of weeks ago I had tee times for 4 days, took 2 boxes of these along, and shot some of the best scores away from my home course....

I was impressed with the performance of the ball for what it cost, felt good off the irons and didn't run off the greens like I feared it would...

D2 Feel now comes in yellow! Can anyone compare these to the Gamersoft?

Not only do they now come in yellow, if you buy 2 of the 15 ball packs, they cost $.83 per ball excluding shipping. To me, this is a great deal on a really good golf ball.

True. They're at DSG retail now at 2 for 25 for 15 ball packs. Black Friday deals should be 2 for 17.99.

Just picked up some yellow. How can you go wrong for the price? Already lost one, yellow is hard to find in the water

Cool, let us know how they play and if the yellow feels different than the white.

Also, buy 4 packs for $50.00 - add a $10 off coupon that is always out there - that's a deal.

I have been playing the D2 Feel during the fall/winter season for years. After years of playing the Gamer, I tried the Soft last year and really liked it. I find for that they both feel very similar with the Soft spinning more and going further for me. When the weather warms up and my course begins to firm up, I put away the D2's and play the Soft until its time for urethane balls. I can easily play 8-9 months of the years with these 2 balls. Everytime I post in one of these threads I make sure to say that the D2 and Gamer lines are IMO some of the best non-urethane balls out there. Factor in the stocking up on D2's at $12.50 a box and Gamer/Softs at $10 and the price can't be beat.

Great to know, glk23! Thanks. How does the "D2 Feel" feel compare to the GamerSoft? Firmer, can you tell a difference between the 2 piece vs 3 piece balls?

Until Top Flite/DSG wises up and puts out a gamersoft in yellow, D2 Feel in yellow seems to be the next logical choice. I just don't want to buy them and have them feel similar to the XL 7000. I bought them as they were $5.00 a box and they were rocks.

The D2 is a very soft feeling ball. I play them all winter in temps in the 40-50's. As temps get into the 60's, it gets to feeling a little too soft and that is when I switch to the Gamer Soft. The D2 Feel in no way will feel like a rock. You can also try the regular Gamer which comes in yellow also. It will feel a little firmer than the Soft but it is also a great ball from TF and I have been playing different variations of it for years.

For some reason the yellow feels just a bit firmer to me. I felt the same thing with another ball so I'm sure it's just a mental thing. Cranked a 220 yard 4 iron yesterday off the tee. Must have got some serious roll out it, my 4 is generally 180-190. Temps upper 50s with stiff breeze.

Picked up 2 more yellows yesterday

Nice Song Dog. you can't beat 30 balls for $25.00. Keep us posted on how they play. Have you tried the gamer soft as well? Do you have a comparison between the GS and D2 feel yellow? I have been waiting for the GS to come out in yellow. This might be a good choice for me.

I haven't tried the GS yet. I almost got some this last go round but stuck with the Feels.

I will need to next time I go there

The Gamersofts are solid. They are a 3 piece ball and have a nice feel to them. Also, some green side spin. When Black Friday comes around, your head will explode, lol. All of these DSG balls go for buy one get one free.
