Could be hardstepped to be slightly lighter in the irons then heavier weight in wedges. But maybe not!

Could also just be softstepped a couple times in the wedges like 8 iron shafts, or could be the pics got loaded in the wrong order

Why does it seem like guys with all ping never win(except bubba)?

Interesting take. I also wonder why you don't see more of the free agent guys playing the driver.

Dude, right? Driver is so money and not many out there on tour.

If you think that there are not many G400 drivers played by non-Ping staffers right now, you are clueless.

As Gregg correctly pointed out, Patrick Reed just won the Masters with the G400 LST.

Here is a list of additional guys who are playing the G400 without any Ping contract in place:

Harold Varner

Grayson Murray

Kevin Streelman

Bernhard Langer

Ted Potter Jr.

Charlie Beljan

Joe Durant

Will Wilcox

Russell Knox

Rod Pampling

Carl Pettersson

Tim Herron

Scott Hend

Robert Diaz

This is by FAR the most non-Ping staff players with a Ping driver in play in over a decade. The G400 is the real deal.

Hatton and Louis win occasionally on the Euro Tour. That's pretty much the only players they have in the top 50. I don't know for certain, but it does seem like a lot more of the top amateurs play Ping though.

Ping doesn't sponsor nearly as many Tour pros as Titleist, TM, and Callaway. The sheer numbers make it so any of these three manufacturers are much more likely to have a sponsored pro win on any given week. Add in the fact that these "big 3" have the cream of the crop guys at the top, and this is why you don't have a Ping winner week in and week out. Has nothing to do with equipment.

You guys do realize that all those "free agents" for lack of a better term that play TaylorMade drivers are getting paid right? They pay 2x more than anyone else for just a driver deal. PING does not pay anything (not $1) to just play a driver and nothing else. Also, in case you forgot-- The Masters champion used a PING G400 to claim that title without getting paid.

I am not trying to say that TaylorMade drivers are not good because clearly they are excellent but they absolutely use the almighty dollar to win that driver count every week.
