Improving Impact

I'm new to this forum but not golf. I've been playing all my life, am a recovering PGA guy from NorCal who's rediscovered the passion for the game after a lengthy layoff. I've taken lots of lessons, most notably working with Ben Doyle two to 3 times a year for about 6 years, many PGA teaching and coaching summits and lessons from other well-known guys in this section in addition to the library...blah, blah, blah. I'm mostly a TGM guy, took the test, passed the GSEB but never did anything with it as there was a little dubiousness around it at the time.

Now, I tend to mix and match, watch vids of pros and come up with what seems to work for me balancing TGM with real world, other books like Hogan, Cochran & Stobbs, Boomer, etc.

I carried a +1 for a time just prior to my exit and am endeavoring to get back to respectable. In the last month, I've gone from lifting/bowing out at the top, flipping at the bottom, boomerang hooks and mid 80's to some great structure, the mid 70's and substantial increases in length. But that said, I've got a question for those in the know.

I'm trying to work something like the picture below into my impact position and I'm not sure what I'm trying to feel to get there for a full swing. I feel like in my ball swings I run out of right arm even with the ball positioned in the middle of my feet. Getting into this position with a pitch, no swivel and swivel into the finish is easy. Doing it in a full swing isn't coming, and never has, very easily.

Is it shoulder tilt? More floating through? Ball position? Perspective change?

I know the head position is a little off but it's on the list.
