with i210's new CTP design the talking point is going to be about getting the elastomer even closer to the face.

Glide Forged the wedges all have tungsten embedded in the toe for increased MOI.

Dynamic Gold 105 will be stock in i210. and Dynamic Gold S300 in the Glide Forged Wedges.

So Ping has stopped using their own grips and now shafts. Any idea why ? Cheaper going with GP and TT.

I'm in the market to upgrade my i20, was going to go with i200s... this is tempting

So are these forged wedges replacing the Glides or are they in addition to the Glides ?

Would be cool if they offered the DG 120 as well. Hope they aren't moving away from having PING shafts though, between the Z-Z65, CFS, and AWT they have had some great shafts that fit lots of people. They still have several of their pros in Z-Z65 and CFS X.

Those wedges look great, not sure about the i210 irons though. Weird shaped in the toe, lots of offset, and the beveled topline looks odd to me. No doubt they'll be solid performers though!

These look incredible. Definitely the best looking PING iron I’ve seen. The wedges are ok I guess. I’m just not I love with them like I am with the irons.

Golf Pride has made PING's grips for years, not really a big deal IMO. True Temper has made PING's iron shafts for years, not really a big deal IMO. 👍

I Series has always had ample offset in the longer irons. One of the design elements of that line.

The heads remind me of S55, but the backside is new looking. I hope the sole is narrower than the previous two models. Could be time for a new set of irons.

I could be wrong but didn’t i200 release in USA February 2017?

I’m with you. These i210 look good but I’m liking the i200 more still.

Look pretty solid . Did they finally go away from that frosted finish that looks bad after a few rounds?

FWIW, as of now you can place an order for both (I know, good luck finding a place that has demonstrators yet). Aug 1 is release date.

What do you know about other shaft options, since, I can no longer find their custom options on their website.

Probably to save time and money in designing their own stuff, although they still design their graphite shafts for their woods.

I was initially irritated that they got rid of their Ping grips and went with GP tour velvet, but after trying them on the G400 woods, I'm a huge fan. Glad they went in that direction. Perfect tackiness.

As far as the 210s go, they look good, but funkier than previous model. I'm liking that squared off toe, but then again, I played i5s for like 12 years lol. Would like to see these in person. Top line looks pretty thin. Curious about shaft options.

It is down to taste. Definitely I like the look of the i200 more. The 210 angled backside looks almost too designed. Want to see the i210 in person at first glance but the head shape is not appealing to me.

I think this will be a case of some players going for this look and others liking the i200 even more by comparison. I don’t doubt they improved feel. Ping is not one to come out with a new model with no improvements. But I bet it is not a huge difference.
