US Kids Golf better players club line uses the "TS" designator that Titleist now has on their new drivers. Perhaps the OP is insinuating Trademark infringement.

Nike had the same issue with the Ignite driver. There was already an Ignite driver on the market when Nike had realized their mistake. They had to secure the rights to use the name from the original user before they could release the driver. Probably the reason we never saw an Ignite 2 driver.

Titleist (Acushnet) could have trademarked the TS2/3 name long before USKG. Even if they didn't, I'm sure Acushnet's legal team could easily weasle their way out of that one.

 

BWM has had a car named M3 for ~30 years. Yet... here we have a series of golf clubs called M3. They even use a very similar color scheme.
