Or if you are on your way home from "LA" while you sit motionless in the road with a damaged vehicle in Florida. Maybe he can get the sweetheart deal El Tigre got. Something like DUI diversion program. One might conclude the Tiger was in motion before he decided the road was a parking lot. Funny not much ever came out on the vehicle damage.. Zero tolerance...not for the golden child.. in the U.S. you can continue to drive impaired until you kill someone. Unlike Europe, still never forget Ian Woosnam driving drunk into someones cornfield. Lost his license, not sure he ever got it back.

 

The same 'sweetheart deal' every other first offender in that jurisdiction gets?`

Probably OK to be a little bit mad. Drunk driving kills 10000 people a year in the US. And it's pretty much totally preventable.

Drove off the road into a sign at 11:30 pm. Must’ve had a snort full to do that. It’s not a tricky stretch of road. Straight as an arrow.

 

Was thinking the same thing. 111 is pretty much the easiest main drag I've ever driven.

I’ve got a brother with one leg due to a drunk driver so I’ve really got no patience for it, but, I’m also more than a little disturbed by the current phenomenon of calling for people to lose careers over a single incident. No one is satisfied until someone’s lost their job. People deserve a chance to learn a lesson and do better.

The problem here is the political correct culture. Bishop gets removed for words that intolerant people do not like, whereas Levy still has his position for actions that could have killed someone. Should Bishop have said “Lil girl� No. Should Levy have driven while under the influence? No. Both show a lack of judgement, but the proportionality is completely out of phase with common sense.
