While I hate that there is clearly a USGA rule somewhere that says golf shirts may only have horizontal stripes, I do like Sergio's Sunday shirt.

 

And TM usually nails the bag, but I'm not a fan of this one.

 

As usual though, JT for the win... I wish I lived in a climate that didn't induce a bucket full of sweat during every round, the Polo or RLX stuff would be all I wore.

I couldn't pull off horizontal stripes when I weighed 245. I weigh 168 now and still feel I cannot pull them off. Just not a stripes kinda guy.

Adidas golf apparel just really does not appeal to me. I don’t think I have liked a single outfit Sergio has ever worn. Some of DJ’s stuff is OK (none of this scripting is OK though) but I’m not going to consider buying any of it. It just doesn’t work for me for some reason.

I agree totally. If you are going to make a special bag for every major, each one better pay homage to the city and the major. There is nothing more New York or American than hot dogs and Yankees baseball (and I hate the Yankees). Both are subtle and not totally in your face, so I think it was really well done. Plus, the sailboat zippers are a really nice touch.

I do have a pair of the boost golf shoes and they are great. I also wear a pair of Adidas running shoes which are awesome. But I just don't like the way their golf shirts look.

 

But that's there are other options. Theres something for everyone out there

DJ has the best look of the Adidas guys today—subtle rugby stripes with the navy pants.

 

I am a big fan of the Adidas pants and shorts, particularly in hot weather. I don’t usually go for most of their polos, though. Prefer RLX and Peter Millar.

Rahm, like Michelson, doesn't have the body type where clothes will ever look great. (Think DJ/Rickie)...even worse, he decided to squeeze his chunky physique into Jason Day tight apparel...it's a bad look. Compounding that is the poor color choices and patterns that Rahm chooses to wear. Sergio with his tweety bird/kindergarden matching hat/shoes/belt/shirt isn't much better (also Sergio has some odd fitting pants - baggy, especially below the knee). DJ and Rose dress nicely, if a little dull.

 

But Adidas marketing has smarter and more knowledgeable people...it must be working.
