Opinions on Cart bags (non c130), what’s a good value?

The c130 is just a little big for my taste. Looking for something with a 14 way divider. Other than that there’s not much I have to have in a bag. I’m pretty easy.

I have a SunMountain 4.5 stand bag and I thought it would be better for a riding cart but it’s constantly shifting around and I would prefer a 14 way top.

Any feedback is appreciated. I’m also not brand specific

Well I think the shifting around might be due to it not being a cart bag, its a smaller bag...but you also state that the C130 which is really good in carts, its too big. I don't think there are too many bags that fit in the size between the C130 and 4.5.

Could try a 4.5 14-way if you can get over the shifting in a cart. I use a Sun Mountain Sync and I love it. Great in riding carts and built for push carts. It is relatively similar in size to the C130, though.

Ping Pioneer or SM Sync - I've had both and prefer the Ping. YMMV.

Sun Mountain Phantom is a little bigger (deeper) than a Sync but not nearly as big as a C130. Value wise, the Hot-Z 4.5 is a REALLY good deal at ~$99... same for some of the closeout Ogio bags like the Shredder and OZone depending on what you can find (right now most of the 2017 colors have already been cleared out and the 2018 colors aren't on sale yet).

I just ordered a PING DLX, similar to the Pioneer with couple more features and different material. Both of which seem smaller than a C130 to me. Comparable to the Sync already mentioned.

I'm on my 2nd Titleist Lightweight Cart Bag. The 1st one is still in great shape after 6+ years in Florida.

I heard good things about the Pioneer but I liked colorways of the Titleist better, and the newer models are more sturdy and a bit skinnier too.

Currently using the Sun Mountain CX1 and love it. Slightly smaller provide than the C130 with plenty of storage(for me at least).

Sun mountain offers others, but honestly C130 isn't that big provided you don't put a ton of stuff in it....that said, it's nice to have the room when needed.

Ended up going with an Ogio Cirrus that I was able to pick up on a big closeout. I looked at the Sync and the Hot-Z. I really like the sync as well and that will be my next option if the cirrus doesnt work out.

Im too picky when it comes to bags, I'll try 8 before I find one I really like.
