Golf pants with side slit on the bottom/white golf belts

MB is correct. If you carry tees, ball marker or divot tool in your pockets they rub against the steering wheel when getting seated and create the marks.

And the black handle on the seat of carts too. This has been my theory but it's nice to get it confirmed haha.
