If it’s anything like the driver shaft differences, a bump in the tip section of the ei and some more midsection stability

Hopefully TM will have this as a “upgrade shaft option” once they release it.

I would make the change from white for sure, love the PO in driver and 3w.

Because i “need” all these clubs. Mostly interested in the shaft to be honest. Not a fan of the black that came in the 790

I saw on golf central this morning that the shaft had a 'W' right below the orange stripes on the shaft.

Thanks moneyshot. I was looking at hybrid shafts and debating on trying the tensei and decided to check and see what they had it listed as and I wasn’t expecting a 115 but I think it’s awesome to help with swingweight

it's the same bend profile as the pro white, they just made a 110 and 115 with orange bands for him, proto, not coming retail from what I heard.

Yes it is a 115 gram true prototype version made for just him. There are only a handful in existence at this time. If a retail version makes it out, it will not be for quite some time and I assume not in this heavy of a weight. Also it is not the same as the pro white with an orange band. That's not true.

Good enough, just going on a source from MCA, was told about the 110 and 115 proto's before they showed what he had, and was told same bend profile as PW, also told the 5w shaft is a 90TX that they only make for a few tour players, virtually impossible to get.

 

I am not arguing, I know you know your stuff, just feel my source is very solid from the info I got over the last several days.

 

All good, am sure MCA and TW are the only ones that know 100% for sure.

I should have known you were right, and I was wrong(confirmed in another thread by "them"). I was right about something recently, so it may be a while before that happens again.

 

I would be in if it comes retail.

LOL, just got a text that someone else I know is getting a few. A 90TX would just be too much for me in a 3w, don't play a 5w, play a 3H.

115TX makes me think that it's a graphite iron shaft instead of a hybrid shaft. Similar to the Fujikura Pro Iron 115TX.
