What putter do you have in the bag?

Lately has been a Cobra blade style putter i found on the bay. Think they come with their basic OTR full set. Paid $60 for it, installed a black putter shaft found in my stash, loaded it 1/2 with sand and put a SuperStroke 1.0 Flatso w/50gr counter weight. Thing is heavy and solid, best feeling putter ive ever had. And ive had a "few"

I've got a Scotty Cameron 2016 Select Newport 2 with a black pistolini grip on it. It's my dream putter and it's incredible. I honestly think I built my putting stroke to fit the putter better, because anything else I use is not even close to as good or natural feeling.

as ugly as it is I'm rolling the ball better than I have in a long time. I fell in love with Scotty 009, SuperRats, Newport 2's, and a Anser 3 BeCu, etc. but those blades don't suit my putting stroke.

 

mid-mallets, or this particular ugly duckling mid-mallet I scooped from DSG on clearance is for me. more importantly I get the little ball into the little hole with the fewest amount of hits with it.

 

I haven't pursued it's equivalent in the other brands because it's in great shape and I'm ridiculously attached to it. I have recently reached out to NorCal Putters to get some ideas on refinishing colors and customization.

 

Nickent Omen Tour Series #3 owns my heart. ;)

Wilson 8813. My dad's old putter. I've actually been putting pretty well with it, and my distance control has been amazing. I thought I preferred a heavier putter but it's light nature has really been beneficial for me. I just re-gripped it today with a medium grey Ping grip. Absolutely fantastic.

Odyssey O-Works Red 7s

 

Had a face balanced mallet and a #9 before. They were both almost too extremely on the opposite ends of the spectrum and I wasn't happy with either of them. I traded them in and a few old wedges and got my new 7s. Its a mid sized mallet with slight toe hang so it's basically the best of both worlds and a good compromise for me. Went with the intention of getting a Spider Tour but didn't like the feel. Grabbed the 7s and loved it immediately. Easy to line up and rolls the ball really well

I have been playing SC Newport 2 for awhile. Just went thru my first putter fitting and purchased the Evnroll ER3, haven’t had a chance to game it on the course, but wow it runs smoothly. Looking forward to it
