2013 easyyy WITB

I am playing to a 4 handicap coming off a 2 and striking the ball better than I ever have IMO. Working hard with a pro and feel I am on the right path. I generate to much spin on my driver and that is why you can see low spin options. I have a SS of approx 100 mph with an easy tempo.
Nice bag Richard. Where did you find an Evo #7 plumber neck? I've always used plumbers neck blade style putters, and tried a 7s this year hoping I'd find some success with a mallet putter finally but no Bueno. So finally found mallet with a plumbers neck, Cleveland Huntington Beach 10, but I'd love to try a Evo 7 with a plumbers neck. If it doesn't work out lmk lol.

Anyways nice bag, especially that 009.

I used to switch way to much to play very good. It is tough though. Luckily I don't make a living playing golf so I can fiddle. I enjoy trying different stuff so much.

I have been between the Callaway Sub Zero and this Ping driver all year. The irons have been in 90% of the time and the putter/wedges will flip once so 50% of the time. Not that bad for me.

Once I get a driver I like it stays all year. I kill the sub zero but I also have a hard time keeping it in the fairway consistently.

Irons are my weakness. I love to try new things. Always struggle to determine the best combo. GI vs player cb/blade combo. I score as good with either playing with the boys and enjoy the strike better with a pure blade. But add a tournament or qualifier type pressure and I get nervous to have a small head down there. That is why I switch a lot. It is like cars... I have a daily driver and then a sports car to have fun with. Utilitarian vs thrill. Both can provide some of the same gain and while they each will give you specific benefits that the other won't.

Some of that is to have something that is exclusive that others don't have IMO. Why buy an Rolls Royce or Bentley? Why wear a Rolex or AP? Golf is so mental... sort of a placebo effect you get playing something that "might" be better. Cost more.... is must be better right? Same reason this dumb **** games a 2k CT 009 putter. JHMGO

    So much cool Richard.

Really makes me wonder, if I had access to almost anything golf related what would I choose?

I agree.
I own a bout a dozen putters that I could put into play. I use 1 and my putting gets hot for a couple weeks, and then 1-2 rounds of sketchy putting and I think "**** maybe I should try my ____ putter to possibly help with the ____ miss". This turns into a horrible cycle of "what if's" for me.

I can't imagine having this problem with basically every club in my bag. I'd go F'ing crazy. It'd be a constant rotating door for every club.

I suppose it'd be a blessing and a curse lol.
