Best bag on wrx! He came on here the last time Greg shot his witb and explained some of the interesting things he does. He absolutely bombs the ball.

For everyone inquiring about the hybrids, IIRC, he had to TRADE a member for those. I think he saw them, loved them, figured out how he could bend/bore them and get them to his specs, and then had to wheel and deal to get them off of the member, lol!

Are those heads considered hybrids or fairways? Looks like they're marked 5 and 9.

Yes, he putts lefty and hits the ball righty.

I'm not sure about the relation question, maybe Matt will chime in on this thread and answer.

He refers to the Fourteen heads as hybrids, from what I remember, so I'll go with that. 17° & 23°, and I'll bet he can step on both of them to get whatever yardage he needs out of them!

Looks like the G5 finally bit the dust. RIP. In addition to being a great guy, he might be the longest player in the field. That triple hurt, but he’s righted the ship. Would love to see him play the weekend!

I always love seeing my bag on WRX, it’s one of the things that makes playing the PGA so fun.

There is a method to all the madness (albeit maybe not as sound as bryson’s)

The 9i-LW are all sandwedge length, the 4i-8i are all 8 iron length. I’ll cycle in the 2i or Fourteen hybrids depending on what the course requires.

I haven’t found a three Wood I can hit with any consistency so that’s how I came up with the 13.5* epic at 42”.

The new ts3 driver is waaaaaaaaaay better than the last 3 models so I’m very happy with it and the tensei Orange feels good too.

The putter has been in my bag a while. It’s not the most traditional thing I’ve ever looked at but when you had The yips as bad as I did you care less about aesthetics.

I thought this was my year after 3 birdies to strat but a tree root derailed my momentum (and destroyed my 4 iron) then I made a mess of things trying to make up for that.

Thanks!

Perfect example of use what works Matt.

Sorry to hear about the root derailing your round and killing your 4.

Still great to see you on here and best of luck for your future tournaments.

Thanks for sharing. Curious how much you hit that epic driver off the deck or is it mostly a safety shot off the tee?
