Dipping in the backswing

Looking for some help on not dipping in the backswing. Feel like that dip makes me stand up on shots and not rotate through impact. Swing video attached. Club is a 9 iron.

I dipped b/c my shoulder turn was fake. In an effort to get the top of my backswing aesthetically similar to the pros I dropped my shoulder and it pulled my head with it. However, I also lacked secondary axis tilt at setup away from target. These 2 faults were why I could not rotate w/o a flat looking backswing. Once I added tilt away from target I could rotate my shoulders on their natural plane and my side bend + tilt put me into an almost identical looking image at the top, this time with a real shoulder turn and minimal/no head dipping. It looked similar but it felt completely different. I now feel the loading my my trail leg and a real tight coil in my side/back. My backswing now looks very similar to Monte's and I finally have it almost on auto-mode not needing 5 swing thoughts to get there.

 

This all took a year of mirror work + 2 instructors to figure out, by the way. Hopefully won't take you as long! Also,this Monte article from a while ago was a great supplement. I've read it about 30 times over the past few weeks: https://rebelliongol...-the-backswing/
