Love it. Thanks for the info/pics! May need to check out eBay. If I find one with a sight line on the top, my bank account is in trouble haha

Titleist love, since they don't discriminate against lefties.

E wood-

Maybe not now, but-

You weren't there in the 1980s when Titleist did discriminate, and believe me, they weren't alone.

Can still remember what the Titleist rep proudly told me then, and it wasn't positive. Ugly was more like it.

Even my friend who owned the golf shop (RIP), told the Titleist rep that "he...didn't care much for his condescending attitude."

Go ahead- Try to find any LH Titleist persimmon woods, or those sets of LH forged "Box Blade" irons from then. No....Sorry...

Because this is a post for LH clubs, won't post the RH "Titleist by Acushnet" iron model offered back in 1971. (See TM P-730 now)

Co$t was the reason Titleist (and everyone else) gave then, and "that's just the way it is."

You’re correct I didn’t start playing golf until 1998, so my memories don’t go back as far. I’ll take it as a better late than never situation, in offering clubs for us lefties.

E wood-

"Many golf fans are surprised to learn that I played golf left-handed when I first took up the game. Mention of that fact in the golf column I write for the newspapers attracted a flock of letters. Right away many left-handed golfers interpreted the fact that I now play right handed to mean that I was of the opinion that all left-handed players should play the game from the right side, that golf is a one sided game. But that isn’t so at all.

...I changed over when I was a small boy. The only clubs I used were right-handed clubs. Moreover, most of the fellows I played with then were very convincing in telling me were very convincing in telling me that left-handers never made good golfers. At that age I was gullible enough to believe them and to make the change, but I wouldn’t be now."

The first pic is my current bag with my Vega's that I posted already. The others are my two back up sets that are also in rotation. Callaway X-Proto MBs and Titleist 690.MBs all with S400 shafts.

In the alternate reality in which I don’t suck at golf, my irons are 690.MB!

Just added this to the bag, absolutely stunned with how good it actually is! Especially as it isn’t their top of the range model!

They are such a fantastic iron. And you really can't beat that classic look.

When I bought them at the beginning of this year they had only been gamed for 5 rounds and then put away by the owner. I'm super meticulous about club care myself and yes I do polish them up every so often.
