Looking at the OWGR, Jon Rahm's Spanish Open win had a strength of field of 106.

 

The Dunlop Phoenix Open in Japan, which was last November (inside part of the wrap around season), had a field strength of 159. Stands to reason that if Rahm's Spanish Open win was included in the list that Koepka's win at the Dunlop Phoenix Open should be included as well.

 

Also, isn't Rahm missing the CareerBuilder in the list?
