Regretfully, the entire commonwealth has succumb to HTU (hurtful toilet usage). We did our best to overcome it. We made changes. We acted. And despite our best efforts that included the formation of a specialized think tank supplemented by field days, town hall meetings and festivals, it just wasn't enough. In the end, it still hurts.
