It depends on how you define ho. I'm not a hoarding ho. I buy and sell regularly with a pretty consistent revolving door of clubs flowing in and out. My buddy says I just rent my clubs.

I do not consider myself a ho, and I have more than twice that.

Don't you feel embarrassed telling everyone that you're a ho and show this?? I've got more clubs than you and don't consider myself a ho.

Can’t compete with the top ho’s on here. But I’m definitely one of them. I like legendary pairings and will trial and error amongst the best models till I find it.

I've got a few but I dare not organize them to take a picture. The wife would notice.. lol. I've got 6 sets of irons with another one coming tomorrow though. Funny though I only have 2 drivers, 1-3 wood (that's not 15 years old) and 1 hybrid. The only thing I collect is irons

My wife thinks I am. But I don't keep a lot of stuff, I sell it fairly quickly. I have a backup driver and 3wood only because I cracked faces on them both last year, multiple times with the 3wood.

 

Recently bought a set of irons. Played 1 round with them and gave my old irons to a local youth golf program.

I think the level of ho is not measured simply by what clubs you currently have, but how many clubs you have bought/sold in the last year or so. I consider myself a fledgling ho and am certainly not to the level of several here, but I am definitely constantly buying and selling.

Not really. At one point in my collecting days I used to own 30+ Made for the Tour Cameron’s, but they became too much to have around the house, plus I got bored, so I sold all of them but two.

 

When I was working it was a way to keep my mind occupied from the stresses of my career, but now that I’m retired and have all the time in the world, I just don’t find club hoarding appealing.

I prolly was at one point....least 75-100 sets though I don't post about em when I was switching every week ( No point in doing so).........but things have calmed way way down few years......I got bored, and it didn't change anything....honeymoon periods stopped happening and got to point when I took a new set out I wasn't even excited to hit em really cuz I already knew what they were gonna be like, lol.........Pretty sad but yeah been down that road......if you don't play em long enough hard to get a good idea of what they're really like.......few rds and dump em doesn't tell the full story and they are so so similar........wedges, drivers, woods done em all........I now am not playing one current club and most are 3 yrs old plus......go figure
