Any 917 f2/f3 users switched to TS Fairways?

Would like to hear some thoughts on those that made the switch to the newer models. Is it worth the switch for a club that gets maybe 2-4 shots/round?

 

On a side note, my 917f2 16.5 head recently cracked, and kudos to Titleist/Roger Dunn giving me full credit for what I paid brand new for it back in 2016.

 

Debating on getting a new TS or just getting the 917 f2 again on the cheap with some dough leftover.

The new fairways will need to make a mighty leap to drag me out of the 917’s. Best fairway wood I’ve ever owned. BB

I purchased a 917F3 after my 915 cracked in the middle of last season. Blessing in disguise. The 917F3 is the best Titleist fairway wood I've owned dating back to the 909 that I had. I don't see the need for upgrading but to each their own!

I went from a 917F2 16.5 with Tour ad di 70x to a ts2 15 with the EF white 6.5. I managed to get more ballspeed and a bit more carry with the ts2. The ts2 is also higher launching. Whether it is worth the upgrade is up to you, I am happy with the performance of the ts2.

TS2 fairway might be the best I've had in the bag! Absolutely love it!

I'm content with my 917f2, but might swap it for an f3. It's so similar to my old 904f, that I put it back in last week, just to see if I could still hit it. Not sure now why I ever took it out of play. It's just as good as the 917 for sure. Couldn't believe how good I hit it. I love vintage clubs.

Finally got on a trackman and did a head to head 917f2 diamana s+ 70 vs TS2 with various shafts. The even flow t1100 produced the best numbers for me. I got an average of 7 yards more with the ts2. Also ball height was an average 10 ft higher. The ts2 is now in the bag.

I’ve got the 917F3, and have played with the TS3 the last few weeks. Actually believe the 917F3 is the better club, as it looks to have a slightly deeper face, at least to my eye. Thank goodness for 90 day playability where I shop!

I had a 915 and went to a TS3 - love it. Last Titleist fairway I had was a 915 and this one is far superior

Been loving the used 917f2 I got a month or so ago. Wont replace it till it breaks
