It was a great golf year! I am not sure if I will ever Top it.

The ranking for "most fun" is a bit different.

quite the list ... i must admit, my jealousy and pettiness would render me incapbable of a conversation with you about your golf excursions at these places ... but if you go back and need an additional player, i'll fill the position ...

How was Whispering? Heading there next week, but it’s inconvenient geographically so I’m hoping it’s worth the long drive from Dallas.

Whispering Pines is awesome. It’s most definitely worth the drive. It’s one of the best courses in Texas hands down. Play the 9 hole course while you are there. The last few holes on the big course are very demanding. Overall very secluded and quiet. Hopefully they are ok with all the rain the area has been getting as the course runs along a lake.

The member I played with told me a cool story about catching a fish out of one of the ponds and it being eaten by an alligator as he reeled it in. So be careful out there!

In no particular order, so alphabetically. It was a good year...

ANGC

Cypress Point

Oakmont

Peachtree

San Francisco Golf Club

What, no pictures?!?!

In general, I try not to take pictures when I play. I prefer to just enjoy the experience. If I get to play a second round, I might take a few then, which I was able to do at Oakmont, and Cypress. My caddie took some pics for me at Augusta. So I only have a few and none from Peachtree...the only pic from SFGC was in the locker room which I'd rather not post....

First pic is a panorama standing on 16 tee at Cypress. Second is 18 tee at Oakmont. Third is from 13 tee at Augusta looking back towards 12 tee and 11 green. Last pic is looking at Cypress 16 green from guest rooms above the clubhouse.

5) Arcadia Bluffs

Missing the cut

6) Forest Dunes

10ish) Bellerive (pga champ)

Niice how did you get on at STLCC?

Actually grew up playing there. Have family members there.

Your Pic from AN looks like it was busy- group on 12 tee and another on 11 fairway. I’ve always imagined a day at Augusta would be a few groups here and there, not stacked. Was there a special event going on?

I'd venture to guess it was recently after The Masters so groups were clamoring to play. I wouldn't mind waiting on a few teeboxes at Augusta.

My guess is before the Masters. That grass around the grandstands does get beat up a bit by Sunday and that looks pretty perfect.

I didn't have any pics from this year so that one was actually from a few years ago. No special event, but it was 2 weeks before the tournament so fairly "busy."
