Based on review of past warnings, I doubt it BUT I'm only one of many Marshals here.

I appreciate your response. I really do.

As one of the more active members of the BST community, why wouldn't the mods of the community want me on the BST Forum? Over 500 transactions (Top 10 on feedback) and no issues with members other than some bad rules errors that I will absolutely own up to?

I don't recall all of my rules infractions over 8 years but should my activity on the site matter? I am just a golf geek with too much time on his hands and too many toys that I fall in and out of love with.

Anyway, I appreciate any consideration 7 months later.

I know the feeling I too am banned from the BST. Same story golf ho who buys and try's too much. I actually enjoy buying and selling and I've always conducted business at a high level it does not matter. Oh well now I just enjoy the other parts of the forum's. 400 Feedback or in your case 524 means nothing, it all about what is perceived as personal use.

Really? That stinks! Why is the community not willing to support its better users?

Do you still have the Newport 2 that I sold you?

how many rules infractions must you incur to get such a lengthy ban. If you were told specifically NOT to do something, then you did it again.........Lord golfWRX doesn't take too kind to that blatant disregard for the rules. As he should.

Sooo what'd you do wrong? So in the future, I can avoid that violation like the plague.

For me it was too frequent selling. You can only sell for what they consider "personal use". Majority of my sales were personal use sprinkled in with a few things I would flip for a small profit but majority of my sales were for a loss and were from my excessive ho'ing! My mindset was I would rather hook up a member here on a great deal and great service, cool stuff instead of charging more on ebay and paying ebay fees. It's all good and maybe its a blessing keeps me from always watching the BST :taunt:

It's this and a bunch of minor things over the years. I deleted pictures from an ad that had sold without even thinking about it because I wanted to reduce the amount of storage I have on photos.

There was a point in time (2009/2010) where I would engage in back and forth banter on hot topics and end up on the wrong side of the acceptable discussion. It has been a very long time since I have made those mistakes.

In my opinion, if we are talking about longevity on a golfing forum, there should be some consideration given to the more active/tenured members of the community especially when some of the infractions were complied over multiple years.

mtex - You remember some transactions because you either miss the product that you sold OR you are envious of where that person lives such as you in San Diego!

Members are given MULTIPLE warnings before they are suspended. They are then usually given multiple suspensions before their BST privileges are removed. Typically people who have had their BST access removed have a whole page full of warnings that preceded this action. This also usually includes unofficial PMs where we ask as nicely as possible that you please follow the rules.

What you consider "minor things" I consider "the rules".

To reiterate - BST access is a privilege we extend to WRX members. It is not for flippers. It is not for people looking to make profits off our members, I don't care if you are passing along the deal of a lifetime. It is for "personal use". If you want to flip items for profit, there are better places for it.

If you have had your BST privileges removed - it is not for no good reason. I nor any of the other mods enjoy doing this. But if people cannot follow the rules after multiple warnings and suspensions then yes, their BST access is removed.
