Forgiving Straight Hybrid... Recommendations?

Another vote for the Cobra F6 and F7 hybrid. Excellent price and by far the best hybrid I’ve owned for flight, forgiveness and feel.

 

My miss is a hook with most hybrids. I have a try VERY hard to hook my F7.

Mizuno MX-700. Incredibly straight and the most stable stock shaft I've ever played. Not too upright like many hybrids.

 

Total sleeper, ridiculously cheap on eBay.

I highly recommend the Cobra F7. It is an amazing club. It is pretty much point and shoot automatic. The adjustability is really nice for gapping. I don't plan on replacing this club for a really long time.

My G400 22* is the easiest hybrid I have ever owned. Sits nice a square and I don't ever worry about hooking it. It's been the perfect club for full approach shots into greens, punching out low under trees and I also chip with it around greens like an oversize putter.

I recently bought a Honma Tour World “c” model 7 wood (first time I’ve ever owned a 7 wood) and it sets up amazingly well behind the ball. PGA SS has them on sale for only $129. Perhaps a 7 wood is worth a look. For the record, I’m a 0 handicap with about a 110 mph driver ss. So i have the strength/speed for hybrids, but lately I’ve been hitting them low and the 7 wood looked so nice...

I have some Razr Hawks here which have been incredibly kind to me. Went through tons, these ones work. Cheap too.

If you want distance with height, try a TEE Exotics EX10 head with an appropriate shaft - the standard AD 50 is soft, go up a flex. I use a Tensei CK Red 70 in a PXG head - it's an excellent shaft for height, more spin, consistency. The EX10 head has a firm feel because it has a Japanese Alloy for more ballspeed.

+1 to any post mentioning Tour Edge Exotics. I let go of an ex10 3 hybrid recently, but that stick was straight, controllable, and sounded so hawwwt

More loft on the hybrid because it goes further, at least in my experience

The thing only goes straight and at worst a slight butter cut with an Accra 182H shaft (though that applies to a few hybrids with that shaft).

G20 hybrid , ugliest best hybrid I've ever had, replaced it a good few times but that sucker keeps finding a spot in my bad.

 

I play the 17* , it's so versatile, High,low, shapeable. Was playing 2 irons but for some strange reason I even prefer looking at this.

 

Don't know why but it just straight up works.

 

Can be had cheap and you will not be disappointed

Looking for a high launching, forgiving, game improving style hybrid from the previous few years. Really like the Cobra but I haven't tried any of the other offerings between OEMs... Suggestions?

 

Looking to bridge the gap between 5 iron and 5 wood. I'm about a 12 cap and low ball hitter. Something that wants to fly high is ok with me.

Ping G20. I've just built 20/23/27 with Accra FX shafts. They don't look great but they perform very well.
