TM Hi Toe New Lofts and Grinds?

Anyone notice the Hi Toe now comes in lofts down to 50 (with it came in a 48)

 

Also 2 new grinds. Standard and a 4way Camber.

 

Ive seen them in person and they look great. With the copper finish its hard to see the grinds.

 

Does anyone know is the Standard a Full grin or an S grind?

 

What about the 4way grind? Is it a C grind? Or like a vokey M?

48-54 are std grind like the satin MG wedges. 56-62 has std grind or the atv grind. There will be some additional grind options in feb/March but no details on the exact grinds that will be available.

Apologies if this has has already been covered, I did search but did not find anything: I understand that some of the HiToe 60’ and 58’ have a straighter leading edge than others. Is this true and, if so is this a case of tour vs retail versions?

Ok so its the same grind as the Std grind.

 

What about this 4 way camber grind available

 

Essenyially the 50 to 54 only come in the std bounce

 

56 to 60 come in either 4 way camber or atv.

 

Whats the 4way camber grind supposed to be like?

Just one mans opinion but these wedges are the ugliest things on the planet..... they are probably money around the greens but I couldn't look down at that and have any confidence in any sort of wedge shot.... hard Pass.... they seem to be popular tho.... Doubt we will ever see one in the Big Cats bag tho, doesn't seem to be in his lane!!!!

I know this sounds crazy but it doesn't take long before you really don't notice the shape. I guess we all just get used to the look of whatever we are using so it becomes normal to us.

 

I think El Tigre is about the only top TM staffer that has passed on having at least one in his bag and I'd agree that I can't see him ever embracing the shape.

No. They're just adding options, not replacing anything. The ATV grind from the 2018 Hi-Toe is still in the line.
