Honestly, I wouldn't even try to contact them, not great at customer service. Their products aren't even that good for them to not answer phone calls. They have lost my business and it saddens me

 

i am looking to get this done on a set of irons. i started with Tigernick as from what i have seen he does great work. but it was impossible to get any kind of response. i have money in hand wanting to do this but i guess he is busy enough he didnt need. it The iron factory was my next choice. I am not thinking about polishing them up myself to just a raw finish and adding lead tape to get the weight back up.

 

Let me know where you end up going. I have a set of irons that need refinishing as well.

they're awesome except for a dumb chip in the topline of my 6i from me throwing the club in the bag after a bad shot. Otherwise they're all solid.

i don't know if i can answer that either way?? no clue. just a chip in the chrome.

Those heads look awesome! Do you know if grooves are conforming after they do a re-groove?

 

I picked up a set of Nike Pro Combo Tours from the bay and I am planning to have them refinished. They're a nostalgia project for me now that Nike isn't making stuff anymore.

I asked for legal grooves, but I wasnt going to risk it

Understandable, the set in going to get refinished probably won't end up being my games. Rather more of a nostalgia set.

 

Also, I don't play much tournament golf so probably not my biggest concern.
