Odyssey/Toulon putters

Looks like they're finally listening on the full face milling. Obviously no one needs that for performance reasons, but it looks SOOOOO much better than the small milled impact area they use.

 

I thought it would bother me at first but I don't even notice it anymore.

 

Is the Las Vegas milled or just cast with some milling done on it? It looks like it would be really hard to mill the pocket in the back where they have Odyssey engraved.

Dont know what the name of the model is yet, but in that first picture, the grey blade style putter with flow neck and sight dot on topline. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE release left handed, been waiting YEARS for exactly that! Every single feature on that putter.

I just said what it looked like and didn't mean to instill any hope that it would be available in lefty. You can order a righty version of it right now...

It's actually a San Diego now that I look at it closer. You can see the square bumpers in the second pic. That one isn't even available to righties so maybe you have a chance.

Toulon gets it with the thin top-line! Thank you! A plumbers neck option would be great on the Palm Beach and the Azalea too!

I cant tell you the amount of people that think its an insert putter because the milling is only in one place. Full face milling is the way to go.

So, will the full face milling only be on the new designs, or will it carry over and be done in The Garage for all models once it is in place?

 

That may be the difference between getting a Portland and a Palm Beach.....

Heard the MSRP on the new mallets is $450. Looks like I will wait until they show up on CPO.

for most things, id agree. but comparing retail toulon to retail scotty, or anything else, really makes me appreciate that $450 price point.especially now with the clean milling. This is from an avid retail scotty user.

My only issue with this is that Scotty’s hold their value well. Once you slap Odyssey on that thing you’re resale gets cut in half.

For most odysseys, id agree (lol sorry). Toulon seems to hold same as retail scotty. Bout $350-399 for new, 190-300 used.

But you may know better than I, only recently gotten into the toulon used market.

Palm Beach looks awesome! The Memphis has been a great putter for me the last 2 years, I for one hope the Toulon name stays!!
