Yup...I saw the highlights of it. Wishing Roman well and hope he spears and superman punches leukemia back to oblivion. Awesome seeing the support he received from the fans and from other WWE staff.

Went to wwe live show in Asheville last night and made me interested in wrestling again.

 

So many big stars were there it was crazy. I really thought they would be in attendance for the women’s evolution.

 

Rusev is a beast. Probably got the biggest pop besides Braun.

 

Lineup included Rusev, Braun, Dolph and McIntyre, new day, the bar, gallows and Anderson, Jeff hardy, Nakamura, AJ Styles

Roman being out leaves a hole on Raw that needs to be filled. I pray WWE does the right thing and has Braun win the belt at CJ. Even if he has taken a bit of a hit the last few months, he is still hugely over and I really think they missed a good chance to get him the belt about a year ago.

 

I have also read that Daniel Bryan will not be going to CJ and that his match with AJ would be cancelled. I am not sure this is true yet but this also leaves a big hole in that show and makes me wonder how that feud will be going forward.

 

I wonder where the Raw Tag Title scene is going. After Dean turned on Seth, will Seth get a new partner? I heard Jason Jordan may be done for good so I doubt he will be his partner. What about Dean? I would get Seth out the tag picture for a while and let him defend the IC belt...also can someone make the US Title interesting? Ive hardly seen it since Nak won it. Throw that belt on Rusev or Almas. Almas has put on some great matches on SD the last month or so.

Finn Balor needs to go to Smackdown. He could have a great feud with Nakamura for the US Title.

 

RAW Tag scene is a mess. Roode and Gable don’t belong together. Vince has turned the Revival into a joke. Ascension has been a joke since arriving. AOP is only legit tag team I can think of right now. And they vanished for months before this late resurgence.

RAW Tag scene is a mess. Roode and Gable don’t belong together. Vince has turned the Revival into a joke. Ascension has been a joke since arriving. AOP is only legit tag team I can think of right now. And they vanished for months before this late resurgence.

 

I wish theyd get the titles off these thrown together teams like Zig/McIntyre and The Shield and focus on actual tag teams. The Revival and AOP could have a good feud, I even dont mind the Ascension but no Roode/Gable. Finn could have some good stuff going on at SD especially if they did a BC thing with him and AJ again. THey put on a pretty good match a while back.

 

I dont know what theyre going to do with DB. Wish Miz would come on talking crap, DB comes out and offers to fight Miz for that spot and Miz screws him out of it. Sets the stage for so many options. With Roman going out, and now Cena and DB not going to CJ, theyve kind of booked themselves into a corner.

I followed it on a wrestling forum and it didnt sound great. Im shocked they put the title back on Brock.

 

So when was the last time the IC title was defended? And what are they going to do with the Raw tag belts moving forward. Hopefully a lot of this is answered moving towards SvS. It seems like the IC and US titles are taking a back seat for various feuds. Rollins and Nak have my hopes up for SvS for being a decent match and hopefully AJ can get another good match out of Brock.

WWE starting to turn into a snooze fest again. Not a fan of the title being back on Brock. I actually wish Brock would just go back to UFC full time. He is just boring to me and feel like he is forced into the situation. But he sells shirts, so he will stick around. Ambrose vs Rollins should be good. Just need something else besides this storyline. The AOP winning the tag titles just doesn't excite me. To me they are boring. On Smackdown, AJ Styles and Miz are the ones keeping that show running. Please get the title off Nak. He is almost a second thought on that show.

 

The call up for Undisputed Era can't come quick enough.

I love UE although Im curious if there will be a split or someone is getting kicked out or if they will be able to exist as a 3 man tag team like New Day. I think US title should go on Almas for a while and see how he carries it. I keep reading Nak may be heading back to Japan when his contract expires. January will be an interesting month for wrestling with a lot of NJPW guys contracts going up like Omega, Young Bucks, Cody, and from what else Im hearing Scuril and Hangman Page.

 

Cody has completely reinvented himself and I think could do well back in WWE as long as he keeps his American Nightmare gimmick. I dont know how well Omega would do even if he is one of if not the best wrestlers on the planet. The Young Bucks could put some life into the struggling tag divisions.

 

There are so many good call ups coming from NXT over the next year or so I dont know what they are going to do with all the talent. You got UE, Black, Dream, EC3, Gargano, Ciampa, Ricochet, Lars, Ohno, and Im prob forgetting a couple but this is a lot of talent and depth. I wouldnt be upset seeing Dunne, Bate, and Seven all being called up to the main roster.

I’m still pissed about this. Can’t figure out why they changed the title after all the hype for AJ vs Brock 2. Vince being stupid Vince. Or AJ has been wrestling hurt and they decided to give him some time.

Totally did not see the DB turn coming. I just cannot get excited for Lesnar. He just bores the heck out of me. Even though Becky Lynch's voice can be nails on a chalkboard, her character has become pretty cool. Almost getting to that female type of Stone Cold. I think the hug with Charlotte last night put her into that "not quite a heel, not quite a face" area. I think WWE realized that she was not going to be a heel with all the support she was getting from the fans. Just make her a bad arse that takes no crap, like Stone Cold.

I wish theyd let her use the stunner and change her music a bit. Id love for her to come out with someone talking crap and walk in and just hit them with a stunner and leave. Let her keep using the disarmer or whatever its called but let that stunner pop in every so often.

 

Im also not a huge Lesnar fan even though I enjoy watching some of his matches, especially against AJ and Samoa Joe but Im afraid he may kill DB. I can go with DBs heel turn but would have much preferred this happen after AJ/Lesnar 2.

I think I finally gave up with the cruiser weight championship match. With no titles on the line, just didn't hold my attention.

I missed it on Saturday as I had some other things going on. I got home yesterday evening around 9pm and started Survivor Series from the beginning. I was starting to nod off an hour into it. I think I finally gave up with the cruiser weight championship match. With no titles on the line, just didn't hold my attention.

Rousey vs Charlotte and Lesnar vs Bryan were really good matches. Never finished the Cruiser Weight match. My Network kept freezing.

Royal Rumble last night was pretty good. But not as good as Takeover the night before. NXT is killing it...both in match quality and storytelling.
