The local rep that I talked to said the ST190 will come in a stamped 10.5 head but it's true loft is closer to12*. he said most people need the higher lofted driver but won't play a driver that says 12* on it.

correct. Atmos tour spec is the stock shafts. Blue 5 in the ST190 and Black 6 in the ST190G.

I found the 180 firm and founder than most. The 190 was quieter and a softer feel. Closest to sound and feel is the Rogue, which is one of my favs. Hit the 5 and 3 woods. Long for me! 220 5w is long for me. Usually 200ish. These are a must try for next yr.!

Talking to the rep yesterday, he said Mizuno is using a new metal for the face that will allow it to have the thinnest face. Promoting minimum loss of distance on offcenter hits.

Their fairway woods are great, except for the fact their last models have been quite large, like 180cc or more. I really like fairway woods in the 150-170cc area. If they can get them to look smaller or just be smaller, I would be game.

The MP-650 was the best Miz driver ever. If the ST190 could duplicate the positives from that along with adjustability, it would be a huge success.

I’ll definitely be checking these out when they release. The 919f irons were my first Mizzys and I’m quite impressed by them as a 7-9 handicap. What baffles me is this wait till after Xmas/ mid winter release. If they’re as good as I think they’ll be and if they were available now, at least I could tell the wife “it’s my Xmas gift” lol! Waiting till Feb when a lot of other manufacturers start releasing seems like less than ideal marketing. Maybe it’s just me.......
