Yeah I love Psych too like someone above mentioned. My favorite episode is "Lassie Jerky". I think that was the name of it.

I remember liking Soap quite a lot as a kid. WKRP was another favorite. Off topic since it's a movie but saw 'The Seven Ups' the other night with Roy Scheider. That's a great flick that I don't hear mentioned very often. Unbelievable car chase in that movie.

Also, as already mentioned. Colombo. Fawlty Towers (think he only made 6 episodes) are great shows. And rediscovered Frasier recently. Forgot how clever that show could be.

I love lots of old TV shows. But, my two all-time favorites since I was a kid and to this day:

The Andy Griffith Show

Maverick

then Roy Rogers

Everything else starts a notch or two below.

Now, if these shows are on, I'll watch and not change channels, or already have the DVD sets, lol.

Perry Mason

The Big Valley

Mannix

Magnum P.I.

The Avengers

The Saint

M*A*S*H*

The Guns of Will Sonnett

Laredo

Peter Gunn

Lancer

Edit: not sure why the cowboy private eye emphasis, never liked the medical shows and a lot of the attorney shows got to be a little much, still the occasional Burke's Law was always entertaining and in the PI genre Cannon was fun.

Not an "old" show, but easily a classic for me..........Newsroom.

I really wish AS made more than 3 seasons of it.

Not to get off the subject, but does anyone watch the B grade cowboy movies from the 1930's? Watched one yesterday with a "young" John Wayne. Those movies seem to travel in different time eras. In the chase scenes, telephone poles are seen. The ladies' hair and clothes in the 1930's fashion, also. The Duke thwarted a bank holdup, shooting a couple bandits without aiming his pistol, and singing, playing a guitar, while riding his horse.

I guess the Duke wanted to be Gene Autry.
