I played golf in the morning before I hit the bar later. I couldn't really hear if the commentary was bad, because there were several hundred people there.

Enjoyed seeing Shadow Creek. Will never pay hundreds to play there so a TV view is worth seeing, at least for me.

 

Was disappointed in seeing the aerification holes so prevalent on the greens. If the holes are completely filled with sand after removing the cores, then the holes grow back in a few weeks time with virtually no visible evidence of the aerification process.

 

They putted fine but the greens had the visual appearance of a low budget course with a maintenance crew too lazy to properly fill the holes with sand.

I didn't learn the broadcast was free until they were on the 18th hole. I saw the latter half of that hole and two of the overtime holes, but gave up after that. It was obvious that neither guy was playing particularly well, and Tiger looked disinterested. I gave up when he couldn't find a 93 yard pin twice in a row with an LW. He looked like he hadn't played in a month.

So far it's trending that more watched than the previous poll I ran. Maybe because it ended up being free? Or maybe because of exceptionally cold weather? Time will tell as more people stop by wrx to vote.
