Is there anything different about the grip? or can you put any grip on it?

You can put any grip on the putter, but they do have a variety of grips available (from 60-120g, even a high MOI Gravity Grip upon request, depending upon your preference.

man, this thing looks different but I think with some all black paintfill and shaft it could look pretty stealthy! gonna have to keep an eye on the bay for this

Looks deadly from 8 feet and in ... wonder if it got enough interest to still carry it - that's a lot of aluminum and steel, and have never seen one after visiting PGATSS several times. I did not see it in their 2019 video - so I predict it will be gone ...

No longer on the website. It was probably discontinued. I'm glad I got custom fit for one before it ended.

I was coming from another counterbalance mallet so the ER9 was an easy choice.

I know this is a Zombie Thread, but I recently re-tooled my short game portion of the bag with Ping wedges and this putter. This putter is a pendulum putter's wet dream. I had the Scotty Futura 5S which was an incredibly good putter, but this one totally edged it out on a side by side shootout on 5-8-12 and 20 foot putts. As good as the Scotty was, you could still feel Mr. Cameron's prejudice against the pendulum theory, and the ever slightest hint of an arc was necessary to prevent the club from missing right on any putt that wasn't dead straight.

Yes I could've messed with the weights etc., but why bother when that jacks with the feel and balance, and this thing shoots straight right out of the box. Better still, it feels ( I know this might sound sacrilegious to some) even better than my Scotty. If you are an honest to goodness straight back and through person, you need to hunt this putter down. If you have a true slight arc to your putting, there are better and less gargantuan options. As the vast majority of golfers tend to have some sort of arc to their putting (admitted or not) that would explain the quick discontinuation for this rather large and unwieldy looking behemoth. Personally--she suits my stroke to a tee.

I've tried switching to the PXG One and Done. Came back to the ER9 and still putting it so well. Replaced the gravity grip with a new one and still rolling putts great. I try to use a slight arc and feel it does a better job than a straight back and forth. Mine is face balanced but I get a 1 or 2 degree slight toe hang, maybe that's why.
