Taylormade Survey free 4 ball back TP/TP5x

Several people at my home course never received their balls and have organized a TayloMade protest of sorts. At 10am (CDT) this Saturday all interested parties may bring any TaylorMade clubs, balls, bags, hats (visors too) and apparel to be promptly launched into the pond adjacent the 14th green. We expect a good turnout.

 

Enough is enough.

Got mine a couple weeks ago. Played them twice. They suck. Ive played this ball pretty much all summer and loved it. Amazing ball. But the balls that came in this pack are 100% "different" when it comes to durability. I literally took "chunks" out of 2 balls from normal course of play. Not really complaining since they were free but I certainly noticed a difference.

Say if 10,000 people filled the survey out and 5k never got anything even though the agreement said 5 free balls for your information/time...isn't that a breech of agreement? Would I (and whoever else didn't get the balls) be entitled to the value of those 5 balls?

 

Not saying I really even care, it's like... $16 or whatever but still. It's the principal. Did anybody read the fine print? I swear I remember checking a box that said I agree to terms or something... Wonder if those terms at the end said we aren't actually guaranteed anything, while supplies last type of thing.

Nothing in life is free good sir. I took a survey in exchange for goods. If the goods were not a part of this deal, I would not have done the survey (unless I was REALLY bored).

 

I've dealt with Taylormade CS in the past and they have been absolutely awesome. I'm sure if I called balls would show up but I'm not that concerned. I was just posing a hypothetical.

I found myself at the same fork in the road in this thread with the people dm'ing TM comments and other time value ones but those came to be serious, so I figured wrong and thought this went along with those. My bad, carry on.

Taylormade has the best customer service in golf. Not saying this because I did receive the free balls, but because i just purchased a new M1 hybrid. I have had it for all of one month, probably hit it 15 times at most when the head went flying off. Customer service is sending me a brand new Tensi Blue shaft as a replacement. Nothing is wrong with the one I have except the glue went bad, so the next time i go to Continental golf in Raleigh, I will get them to re-glue the kuro kage shaft back in the adapter. Cant beat this.
