Bags with 4-way or 14-way dividers?

SM 14way, keep organized and easy to spot...that's why the survey says what it does. There are 5 way and occasional 6, but I'd still go 14 and SM are full length as any.

Watching guys PANIC without 14 way dividers can be quite entertaining apres golf.

 

By all means, get 7, 6, 5, whathaveyou and entertain us.

Saw this 2 weekends ago when me and a buddy played a course an hour and a half from home. We got off of #1 green and he says his 60* wedge is not in his bag and that he used it yesterday on #17 at our home course. He calls the home course and the owner goes out looking for it and can;t find it. Another call with a more specific location and he goes out again looking. The course owner calls back and says he has now searched around every green and no 60* wedge is to be found. While they are talking, mu buddy finds the club in his bag in a different place than he usually keeps it obscured by a headcover! He has caught some grief over that from our home course and also that we played a different course!

The stand bag 14-way option suits me well, I like the organization and reduced overall chatter. Also, there's less abuse on the toplines of my irons due to the extra spacing. Nothing worse than slamming one back into the bag after a poor shot, and it literally rockets in like a unimpeded missile, crashing smack into 2-3 other irons. 14-way options tend to be a little bit more robust, fitting on a cart more solidly too. Another added benefit, it's immediately apparent when I'm missing a club!

I personally prefer the 4 way stand bag. I have a ping 14 way stand bag and it is convenient, if the divider goes to the bottom of the bag it would be awesome. Unfortunately with the ping one, it does not and every club gets tangled together. Usually, when I try to pull out 1 club, I am pushing 2 more back down. Not fun while on the course,

The Sun Mountain 4.5 with the 14 way divider is the go to bag for me.
