The price has definitely dropped, $299 at all major outlets. There seems to be a few hold outs on the BST, still trying to get $275-$300 for "head only".

 

I'm guessing with discounts coming up during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, you should be able to grab a new one for $200-$250 easily. 3balls and Global golf may go even lower for their "Like new" models.

I hope the 410 line really embraces the dragonfly technology. The G400 head isn't visually busy enough.......I feel like the aerodynamics could be better.

Not enough visual vomit on the crown gimmick for you? Maybe sliding weights on each of the dragonfly braces? Turbulators running up and down the shaft? A flux capacitor on the crown for added club head speed? Once you hit an 88mph swing speed, time shifts? Hahaha

You are a lucky boy. The last time I have matched the cost of a stupid purse of my wife, I have bought the full set of G400s, from Driver to LW.... Only bag and putter were extra

Does anyone know if G400 Iron price is also being dropped or if it has already been dropped?

 

I am about to put an order for a set but can wait for a few more weeks if the drop is anticipated.

No idea if anything more is coming but they recently dropped the price of the g400 iron sets by $100 (now $799 for an 8 piece iron set, down from $899). If you want em go for em, but if I were you (and I am looking for new irons right now as well), I'd try to hold off until Jan/Feb if you can since the new g410 irons should get at least announced so you can see them and prices before you make a decision (not sure how fast Ping is generally available to retail after the announcement, I'm sure others can provide better info).
