Has anybody put these against Edel wedges? I am playing Edel and love them, but I would also like some of these if they are better. Supporting my Texas manufacturers!

everything you love about Edel wedges I'm sure Mike can do exactly the same for you at Artisan, a custom wedge is mean to be customized to your exact liking, to fit your swing and playing conditions. I'm biased so take it with a grain of salt, but @Artisan you get more than just a wedge or a putter, and you are more than just a "customer" and I think that separates Artisan from everyone else.

You should have used your “ quick feet “ and swiped one of Mikes head covers ! I’d love to have one of those ! ( and an iron set lol).

A call to our mutual friend @ Best Grips could make the headcovers happen.? The irons, patience..something most of us struggle with, although definitely worth wait when dealing with fine craftsman- as you know?(are parentheses the font for subliminal suggestions?)?

 

Lol. Parentheses have long been thought to have been used by the Jedi as subliminal markers ..... and good catch on the head cover. Hadn’t even thought of that !

these wedges from Artisan Golf are amazing, raw satin finish on all 3, equipped with KBS $Taper shaft. Had to add some "tour dots" last minute yesterday for easier identification because my design did not meet practicality! lol

There are plans for irons in the future. A couple weeks ago on IG, they said they were planning irons for either later 2019 or 2020, I can't remember which. It seems like they've started the process of making irons, but they haven't gotten far into it, not even any prototypes I think.

I received a putter mirror for my Christmas.

 

I used it a few days since and its amazing how accurate the fitting was with John, my setup is great over the ball with his adjustments.

Scheduled a putter fitting for the end of the month. Looking at a 0217 and can’t wait to see everything in person. Will probably sign up for a set of wedges while I’m there too.

It really is as simple as reaching out them via their Instagram account... and then be prepared to wait in line... UNLESS you've already ordered, had a fitting, and paid for a received a product already, like, say... a putter!

 

never hurts to ask, but be prepared to wait, especially if you cant be there for a fitting.

I have purchased two putters and submitted my wedge application more than a year ago. I'd be happy to fly down and get fitted. I just need someone to offer me that opportunity

I live about 10 minutes away from their shop, so I can get fit easily, I just wasn’t sure about the release timeline. I plan on getting more info when I do my putter fitting next week, so I’ll report back if I find anything out.

I reached out to them and was told they're still in the preparations process, but nothing was imminent...I guess I will hang in here for a little while longer...
