I'm actually out. I need a spring try out to figure out if 816 H1 @ 18* or 917 F2 @ 16.5 will be my secondary tee club.

Are seasonal/travel bags allowed? As in I have three bags... a home bag, travel bag, and Florida bag. Can I post them all as non-changing?

Stogies, that is a great question! One one hand, the vast majority of us aren't going to be able to keep ONE bag the same for more than about 3 or 4 months, so if you can keep 3 bags "set," then you are pretty darn amazing! On the other hand, this challenge really is about keeping your gamer bag set and playing those clubs for the entire year. No backup clubs, backup bags, etc. So, I can see a very valid case for either anser (lol) to be correct.

I'm an "everybody is welcome" kinda guy, so I'll meet you halfway: You are in the Club, as long as you only use your Florida bag/clubs while you are in Florida, only use your travel clubs/bag while you travel, and only use your normal clubs/bag while you are at home. No switching, swapping, or any other tomfoolery, or we will be sending your notice of ejection from the Club forth with, toot sweet, and whatnot. :taunt:

I think i only bought 1 club last year....i should be pretty good again this year. I'd like to buy some new stuff but i need to pay for a new HVAC system, new windows and most likely an initiation at a new golf club i'm joining....So new clubs are low on the list of priorities.

So, due to a familial event, I am a day late posting, but on my word, no golf balls were hit at my cousin's wedding yesterday!!

Here is the bag and let's see how long this lasts this year:

Epic Flash 10.5° w/Rogue Max

Rouge 15° w/Rogue Max

X Forged UT 18° & 21° w/PX

X Forged 5-P w/PX

MD4 50° & 54° w/DG

PM Grind 58° w/DG

Odyssey White Hot #1

The first major issue will be the release of the Epic Flash fairway woods, as the ONLY issue I have with the Rogue is that it looks just a hair closed and the adjust-ability of the EF will allow me to tweak that. That said, by that time, I'll be on swing change #14 of the year, so maybe I will prefer the look of the Rogue by then!

Best of luck to all and remember, have fun with this. And for the most part, most of the fun is just how much we all really do love golf clubs!

AI Smoke TD 9° w/HZRDUS Yellow

Epic Flash 12.5° w/Voodoo VS

'24 Apex UW 19° w/Rogue Silver

Epic Flash 20° w/VS Proto
'19 Apex Pro 5-9 w/DG

MD2 47° & 52° + PM 1.0 58° & 64° w/DG
Odyssey White Hot 2 Ball Frankenstein (Fowler style)

Update; still haven’t practiced or played yet. Was going to play a 915f but i decided against it and am sticking with my 910f. It ain’t broke so I ain’t fixing it.

There's nothing in the rule book that says you can't play drunk.

I'll try again. My woods, wedges, and putter last year made it all the way through. Driver is a concern this year as the early buzz for the F9 is very positive. I told myself I'm giving one length a full season so matter what so not worried about the irons.

I just put new irons in the bag on Dec 23, 2018 and reshafted my hybrid at the same time. Not PLANNING on making any changes in 2018. My 3W is never coming out of the bag. Might think about reshafting the driver for a little more launch angle. Anyway, here's the setup

D: TaylorMade R15 - Fujikura Speeder 57 Evolution - S-Flex

3W: Nike Covert 15° - Mitsubishi Rayon 60G - S-Flex

3H: Nike Covert 19° - TrueTemper Even Flow 85HY - S-Flex

Okay, I've been waffling about whether to even attempt to participate this year, but here I go.

Technically I'm a day late since I went to the range yesterday, but I took the same setup I'm posting below, so no-harm, no-foul.

I'm a 20 index and know that my bag is well more than sufficient to get me down to single digits and there's absolutely no reason to change anything, but I'm likely doomed anyway.

All shafts R flex

Acer XV Ultimate Thriver

Callaway Razr X Black 4 wood

TM 2017 M2 3-4 Hybrid, 5-AW

Top Flite "Tour" wedges at 52 and 56 degrees

Top Flite "Tour" 7.0 putter

One request: Can I take out one of my vintage bags periodically for a fun round, if I only use the bag above for posted competition rounds?

Edited to include skins games, etc. during the non-posting season.

I know I am gonna win. Once I finally broke 90 I told myself I’d go get fitted and get new clubs. I’ve gone down the wormhole in an overkill sort of way.

New bag- just bought a titleist stadry stand

New shoes - got the adidas tour knits for Christmas

New clubs except for my black nike method matter

Callaway rogue 9deg w new Seamus lonestar headcover

Callaway rogue 3w 15 deg w New Seamus countryman tan headcover

Callaway rogue x 3h 18 deg w a burnt orange and white fore ewe headcover

Mizuno hot metals w Nippon 950s 4-GW

Mizuno s18s in gunmetal 55 and 60.

I’ll post a pic when the headcovers get here so I can join the ranks.

Can’t wait to go shoot a 104 first day out and attempt to throw the new rig in the lake. Do you guys think the stay dry will help with the lake toss?

I am finally locked in!

G400 3wood 14.5 - Alta Stiff

Ping Glide 2.0 Stealth - 50, 54, 58 - AWT 2.0 Wedge Flex

Evnroll ER5 Black - 34-370g

First round will be this weekend!

Edit: I did not see that shaft information was required as part of the lock. I added shaft information. What scares me is I just put a new shaft in the driver and have never hit it even once and am locking it in...How could this go wrong...
